LTH’s as we have seen over the last few weeks a downward trend after a lack of news, however with the recent trials, investment and support from O2 regarding the product we know there is news just around the corner, with the previous article and the relaxing of people interacting with each other, it’s certain John Gore and other partners along with MelodyVR are planning VR events to keep people entertained, stay calm and enjoy!! GLA

If the PR machine doesn’t keep going the ratings will fall, I’m sure MelodyVR are aware of this fact, looks as though the PR stunt over the weekend was another ‘trial and test’ scenario, it’s all still building!! GLA

If we discount the COVID effect nothing has changed, AGM happened with only a name change making it clearer for people to understand what and who MelodyVR is as a company. The financials are still to be released, with the recent investment the financials should be in good shape, the 800 plus recorded content has still to be released and the VR viewer is still to be released. If you include the COVID effect, the collapse of Concerts, Festivals and outside events has wrecked the 2020 strategy and cost the industry £1B, however there could be a silver long for VR / mobile streaming, MelodyVR was already producing high quality unique events, if they maintain an agile approach they could with there partners turn this around to provide quality ‘One off’ performances with a captive audience!! With the creative and experienced team of MelodyVR let’s believe they will pull the ‘rabbit out the bag’!! GLA

Hi Italian, the adjudication process will take care of this problem, I had a similar experience, however this should have been avoided, school boy error!

More importantly is the competition streaming artists aligned with MelodyVR, it all appears to be a little relaxed with MelodyVR from the outside looking in, the Team have always maintained a clear strategy of building and testing, they’re doesn’t appear to be any urgency of releasing further live streaming despite others clearly having a go and being supported by Facebook, it makes you wonder why they are so confident!! IMO

EVRH Holdings are made up of several companies, the intention I believe was to have several identities, technical, products, services!
It’s probably now going to be a single identity with departments. IMO

Regarding the name MelodyVR Group PLC, its not ‘Ltd’ so we don’t need the MelodyVR Group Ltd name! IMO

Yes, Lewis Capaldi is teaming up with Supersphere and Oculus Venues to stream an exclusive immersive broadcast in virtual reality (VR), why not with MelodyVR, it’s about time AM as CEO commented on his 3 venue strategy, he has in the past stated a clear 3 weeks for advertising a gig, in my book he is now 8 weeks overdue on his statement.
I am a LTH with a well researched view on this fledgling company and believe MelodyVR have an advantage over the current competitors, however give the competitors long enough and they will have the advantage. IMO

The SP is holding up, expect a couple of RNS’s soon, reflecting the AGM, AM & SH obviously don’t like constructive criticism.
As the AGM is now out of the way, we can look forward to positive financial news in the coming months.

My own sentiments are quite simple, the Team assembled by the Shareholders and Partnerships are extremely strong, the experience of the team is unquestionable and their experience working in Universal, Spotify, Microsoft etc at various levels speak realms. The content as proven over the weekend is superior to our competitors, the artists are currently controlled by their paymasters.
AM & SH VR idea is sound, their lack of experience of communication skills has become apparent and the AGM spelt it out.
An AGM can be a formality or it can also contain a message for shareholders, this being over Zoom wasn’t aimed at portraying a message, it was about formality, in my view, an opportunity missed!! However, as a LTH shareholder, both AM & SH are employees of the company who work for the shareholders, the day they sold shares was the day they took on the responsibility of office to satisfy shareholders, as long as they perform I have no problem, for me, I always recognise the power of shareholders and keep them onboard, you never know when you need their votes!! GLA

The meeting was opened, all the resolutions was passed by the shareholders, the meeting was brought to a close.
No comment by the BoD on anything else, a RNS will be released in due course regarding the AGM.
At the end of the day, nothing has changed, the fundamentals of the company are still the same other than a change of Name has been approved.

Nothing to comment on, this must be one of the shortest AGM known, absolutely sums up the communication skills of AM, very disappointed! IMO

Hi Themis, interesting your comment of companies and services, with our new Investor/ Exec Director and his company WANdisco do you think their partnership with Amazon (AWS) will not be an asset to the server architecture, this could also be a way forward with broadcasting in the future.

On reflection, the quality of the recordings were excellent, the competition has some progress to be made to match the quality of MelodyVR.
We had server problems, was this MelodyVR servers or a support service, it shouldn’t of happened and I’m sure MelodyVR technical support are looking at the issues, it maybe a case that we have gone over to a new supplier and the ‘Free Concerts’ was a testing ground, whatever happened it should be right for the next showing!
Regarding Facebook, I don’t believe we our partnership has been discontinued, I believe Facebook along with our other partners have the right to work with other people, it would be wrong if they didn’t.
The AGM will reveal I believe something new, we have never had a disappointing AGM or in fact an RNS, they may not be up to the expectations of this BB but all have been positive. Yes, we could do with better communications and Yes AM should follow through with his aspirations and announcements.
Let’s see what answers we can get out of AM and SH or whoever turns up, it would be good to understand fundamentals regarding the VR viewer, release of content, and the 3 venues, if we get answers to those in my view this will provide a partial insight to the future. IMO

Another 1m+ views in total on our @Glitterbox #VirtualFestival last week. With an average watchtime the same as an episode of a Netflix drama, it is thrilling the way this has caught the imagination of so many.

The MelodyVR team must be sitting on their on there hands in frustration not be be allowed to promote the content and receive equally high reviews, or even ten times these reviews!! Hopefully AM will provide an answer to the rollout and up an coming Virtual sessions, something honest that his masters will let him reveal!! GLA
