Hi A1EX, I would believe their is a cohesive approach to the marketing of the artists, the Team have been formed by the industry, MelodyVR have been setup to benefit the industry and not primarily for the shareholders of MelodyVR this has been made very clear by the BoD on several occasions, it’s in everyone’s interest that VR becomes a success, therefore I wouldn’t expect large payments have been made between parties. The beauty of MelodyVR it’s a consortium and not a single entity and that’s why it’s being controlled so well!! IMO

KL, love your thinking, it brings back memories of the rush of estimations when we launched the APP and the price was 18p+, I would welcome £1 a share and firmly believe it will get there, however we have a way to go, if the results are good and we hit double figures and stabilise it will be great, after the summer if the revenues start to be consistent then we should progress to a great future, as we are concentrating on the US market then AM’s idea of this being a $1 Billion company could be achievable! IMO

A great morning when your company is successful, another trial another test, yes there are many things that could have been done, however a quality demonstration of our new facility, a demonstration of our technology and broadcasting ability.
Our Team have demonstrated to our partners we have the ability to support their artists in engaging their fans in a new environment, I believe now it’s our partners who will be promoting the new successful way of interacting with their fans and jointly developing the marketing! Well done to the whole team of MelodyVR!!
Also congratulations to the Shareholders who have provided the investment into MelodyVR over the last 5 years enabling this company to prosper, as we all know, without investment there would not be company!! GLA

8th May 2019 was the last release of Audited Accounts, it would be great to have a couple of weeks of high profile success and the release of a decent set of accounts, with the 2020 looking back at the last accounts, we should have sufficient funds to last another 14 months with substantial income. In this climate that sounds a good place to be!! IMO

MelodyVR are not producing a Headset, they are producing a VR viewer utilising a mobile phone, this won’t be competing with Oculus they are a partner. IMO

I bought a load just before the end of yesterday, absolute bargain!!
I imagine the traders who depend on ‘figures’ haven’t figured out what is happening yet, once the financials come out in a few weeks and the algorithms start to rattle the price will increase considerably, until then I only see a rise when this hits the US market later! However, it’s stabilised nicely bearing in mind the rest of the market. IMO

What a great end to the week, the ‘Team’ has ‘pulled the rabbit out of the bag’ with all the trials and testing completed it looks as though we are ready to take it to the next level! Fantastic to see Apple enter into the arena, together with our partners advertising the potential of VR it looks as though 2020 will be the start of a new era for VR! Again MelodyVR have taken a cross section of artists to please a wide audience and they are donating to a charity, thankfully the RNS and PR articles have been written by a professional and delivered by AM, this can only be a good thing! It looks as though the mm’s are trying to recover some potential losses before the market opens in the US, as seen before there is an SP jump when the US market is opened! Sorry for the long message again, nice to see all the LTH’s still here!! GLA

A1EX, let’s have a look, not through roses tinted glasses, but look where MelodyVR are in the Music world of VR.
They have one of the largest Music industry players as a shareholder, they have one the largest Theatre Operators in the industry, they are linked to all the major player’s in the Music industry and some of the most current artists on its APP. The technology has been tried, tested and tested again, they have a fantastic hand picked team from the Music and Streaming Industry, they have just received investment from a technology company who themselves are partnered with the biggest network in the world, they have a mobile phone partnership who themselves are currently forming company to take on the Big mobile and broadband operators, MelodyVR have 800+ artists already recorded and available to release for streaming. MelodyVR have liquidity to last there current cash burn for 18 months, the company has NO debt!! They have recently tested 1000 VR viewers over a 6 month period to refine their offering. They have increased the number of staff aligned with there requirements to deliver the future products.They have a subscription model ‘oven ready’, they have proven over the last week they can turn the tap on with millions of followers!!!
With the current climate, they have still a captive audience, VR headsets are flying off the shelves, our mobile phone partner has 31million clients, they have for many months run a ‘pilot scheme’ to test the model. They have been running the company for 4+ years without putting a foot wrong, or without wasting money, they are extremely cautious!!
So, on the negative side, they haven’t released all the content....they haven’t released an untested VR Viewer, they haven’t spent millions on advertising to get people to experience VR, they haven’t made employees redundant and been bought for a song (no pun intended). They have to a limited audience made announcements prematurely of things happening!! Where are MelodyVR???? After writing this, I have reinstated my belief of WHY I am invested in MelodyVR!!! I appreciate your view as with other recent views of which are pretty balanced, yes this company hasn’t performed as well as we all expected, I’ve been hear for 3 years, I didn’t write on this bb initially, I did however attend the AGM’s in London and met AM & SH. The landscape of VR is changing Mark (Facebook) announced he wanted to see 1 Billion people adopt VR, NextVR was going to be a success before MelodyVR, I could go on with things stated in good faith!! I stay invested in this company because I believe a company with Vision, Talented Team, Industry Partnerships along with a Visionary product will succeed, this isn’t a ‘One-Off’ project, it’s a Programme of Project’s cohesively interconnected, Artists, Promoters, Technology (providers of several capabilities), this is being managed by Industry leaders not MelodyVR, if you look at the Team of MelodyVR they all come from our partners or industry leaders, this hasn’t happened by accident, there is a strategy, my only reservation is AM making statements and not following through, other that this point they are maintaining a very mature and calculated approach and maintaining confidence of there very powerful partners, be patient, it is coming!! IMO

£50k, is a month’s salary for AM...........just thought I would add this to the debate :-) GLA
