In AM’s position he has to provide clarity and concise information, this is not his personal company, he has a duty to shareholders and customers to project the company in a professional manner. It’s about confidence in the company and following through with commitments, the ‘Team’, product, partnerships are all fantastic achievements of which the investors have recognised it is not within AM’s right to jeopardise the progress made through being unprofessional.
He has committed to 3 venues and releasing further artist performances this is the expectation of everyone, the information was provided by AM not forced upon him!! Materially, it won’t make a lot of difference, reputation wise it is crucial a statement by the CEO of a company is believed. IMO

AM forgot to add 20th May 2021, in excusable that AM consistently doesn’t deliver on his dates, the fantastic work carried out by the team has created a momentum only to be let down by AM’s lack of professionalism. IMO

I don’t personally see us being bought out anytime soon, from ‘City Investors’ point of view I believe they will wait for the ‘Audited Accounts’ to be published, I would expect an RNS this week regarding the next lot of artists especially if London or New York is open!! AM May comment on a program somewhere regarding the ‘fantastic’ broadcasting and the success for MelodyVR, all of this together will promote the SP to double figures! Until then, nothing has really changed, we don’t have anything concrete with regard to the number of App downloads, we only know the artists did perform. What we know is we have 51500 Facebook followers!! I will be buying more next Monday at this price, that’s all I do know!! GLA

ADVFN reporting 27,755,832 trades today, definitely a momentous change, 2 - 3,000,000 buys, there must be a step change soon in the SP.
Along with 51,000 Facebook followers and the promotion by artists I now feel confident MelodyVR is definitely on the road to great things, the journey has started!! GLA

Nice to see a lot of trades, should build nicely until the accounts are released, a few announcements and artist experiences looks pretty good, investments in technology looks a safer bet than oil!! IMO

Hi ORLN, I wasn’t discrediting your statement early, it just appeared you had encountered problems before and several others had not encountered the same problem, it will good to hear if it was anything localised or widespread, look forward to the feedback.
It will be interesting this afternoon now the US market is open, where the SP will be given the LA shows was mostly for there market. From the reviews it was received with a fantastic reception by the Music Industry! GLA

The Mcap has already been stated as 220 when John Gore took his initial shares, if this is truly the real launch and News of John Gore comes in during the release of series of experiences then 18p will be reachable.
Speculation around the London gig will soon be confirmed, it’s only a matter of when!!
Although we have new Auditors it should pose too much of a delay to the Accounts being released. With the cautious approach take by the EVRH FD we are in good hands, especially as he has an additional set of ‘millions’ through the recent investment. GLA

Nice debate here today, from my take on this conversation, we have a way to go before the name ‘MelodyVR’ is the place to go for music, but the interest being generated for VR and alternative forms of ‘high quality’ music experiences is definitely growing, people have a huge appetite for music and video in many forms. The SP will only change when the city investors realise the potential until then the SP will remain low, my personal view is we have a few more ‘Audited Accounts’ to be released before the SP will meet its full potential! Personally, I don’t see us being bought out for a long while purely because our partners are using MelodyVR to demonstrate a new direction. However, I do believe the SP will rise sufficiently for some to sell at a reasonable profit and be ultimately rewarded in 2020, according to your situation it will be interesting to see you are still on this BB in 2022!

I agree with H1, the best news is, it went well, we are taking this from early adopters to the main market, it’s still building and the consortium including the artists are all business people, they realise the potential, with Apple now in the VR arena the public will be soon aware of a new experience, MelodyVR are fortunate to have been able to form the consortium early in the day!! IMO
