Hi horse.mouth, I understand your frustration, after the launch I also thought by now VR would have taken off, I wished MelodyVR would have been a household name and the comment from AM and his ‘Billion Dollar Company’ would be a reality! However, with my feet in the ground and 38yrs of business, I know most businesses fail in the first 3 years, .com companies ‘go bust! Companies who are involved with prestigious companies such as Sony, Universal, who are linked in a strategic industry with a developing industry won’t be build over night, a company risk adverse in a high energy environment is good for me and one which will last in time. Yes, I have a criticism of AM for his constant ‘coming soon’, within a ‘few weeks’, however the real team directing this company is mature and knows exactly how to play the market!! GLA

Good morning horse.mouth, MelodyVR have always been risk adverse, the logistics of the 3 venue and producing a ‘polished performance’ not looking like a person on a webcam will need to be tried and tested. We are all aware that once the ‘genie’ is let out the bottle there is no going back, let’s see what they have produced before we judge, I would prefer they ‘got it right’ and not release a failure! IMO

From the perspective of a LTH shareholder this announcement may appear ‘a bit lame’ or ‘half hearted’ or ‘let’s do something’, however from the perspective that MelodyVR only has 30361 Facebook followers this is ‘fantastic advertising’, the content has been viewed by 1000s already, it has some of the most current artists and aimed absolutely at the market who are wanting something new! With the artists promoting MelodyVR this will reach millions of the artists fans, this alongside the 3 venues is a ‘Win, Win people are wanting something special and its ‘Free’! Be patient LTH’s it’s all coming together!!

It would be appreciated what you see as unbalanced in my latest message, if I wasn’t positive in my investment I would be disingenuous to myself and a foolish investor.
I enjoy the various points made by all the people on the BB, I hold many different shares and feel I have an even portfolio with respectable returns.
This is the only AIM BB that I really comment on as there is an on balance a healthy discussion.

VR uptake in general is picking up, I believe O2 is no different the numbers are climbing, the industry has to provide an incentive for greater uptake and building a library of artists in every shape and form is part of the strategy. If Facebook with its vast billions and ‘Vast shop window’ are taking a time to encourage people to venture into VR then MelodyVR needs to keep its powder dry.
There is always a tipping point after the ‘early adopter stage’ to late, you miss the boat, too early and you peak with your offering unappreciated by the client, the industry isn’t at the tipping point in my view, habits of people need to change, in my view music lovers are currently ‘mobile centric’ that’s the reason the VR mobile HMD adaptor in my view is a bridge to a full VR headset, however people are fickle, they might find the VR mobile HMD acceptable and not want to upgrade, I believe there is a short time before a lighter, more aesthetic VR HMD will be available, Apple have always been the ‘benchmark’ and they haven’t entered the market, YET! There is a building appetite for VR, it’s encroachment into business has been effective, habits are changing the ‘lockdown’ has helped people use technology for entertainment more than any publicity campaign, this is why I believe MelodyVR has a fantastic future without spelling out the obvious....partners, content etc!
If you take a lot of marketing campaigns, it’s all about the ‘hype, intrigue’ Apple is fantastic at marketing, if your into ‘4 x 4’s JLR will often take 18 months to release full information, but people will order on the marketing campaign information !!
The MelodyVR team are the pick of the bunch, EVRH are controlled by the industry big boys, I have sympathy in some respect for AM as he isn’t the master of his own destiny, perhaps his outbursts is where he believes the product should be, but his masters put him back in his box (note, this is meant to be a put down of AM) it must be frustrating for AM, but in the end he will be a very rich man when it’s come to fruition. GLA

Thank you for your comment, O2 had been a partner for a long period, should the merge go ahead then MelodyVR would in theory have an open door for more exposure through Virgin mobile, it’s a win-win situation! Hi Italian, agreed the AGM is a formality, however it is an opportunity to inform shareholders an insight to the next years trading strategy. As you, I would expect a couple of RNS’s as I believe there are significant announcements, the team of 78 hasn’t been sitting on there hands, AM may need PR mentoring but as an innovator he will be a driving force within the company. IMO

It could also be ........one of our partner is letting the small agile company prove the technology, link up with several mobile networks, extend the content, create a wanting for the next concert, link avatars to people in the audience, increase the experience technically and then put the company up for sale!!

I don’t believe MelodyVR are paying anyone to promote the site, I believe the figures are organic due to the recent additions to the APP.
It shows MelodyVR is gaining public awareness but still not being promoted, there is still fundamental reasons for them not releasing the content, this could be the testing of the VR mobile headset, Facebook wanting to promote venues, the tipping point for VR HMD’s has been reached or another set of reasons.
We know the technology is proven, we have the content and partnership to make it happen, perhaps we will be provided information in the AGM?
As we are not the directors and only shareholders we have no control, we can only email the directors and make our feelings known, we do however have some very intelligent investors who will want to turn on the tap of income as quickly as us!

It’s a lucky investor who buys low and sells high, it’s a clever investor who constantly researches and invests for the long term, and most of us sits somewhere in between, but it’s a foolish investor to risk money they cannot afford to risk, at the end of the day only risk what you can afford to lose and only invest in something you believe in, if you have any doubts, take your loses and move on!! You will can quickly ascertain who you are, look after yourself!! IMO

93346 final buy @ 5.35p The share held well compared with the FTSE this week, with 29k of Followers on Facebook it’s starting to stabilise and move in the right direction, we just need AM to keep to his word!! GLA

With 78 employees, cash investment, end of the VR mobile HMD trials, John Gore and the latest investors coming in, this AGM should be all about the 2020 strategy, 2021 will through the efforts of Facebook be a period of building on success.
It’s odd to see the characters on this BB talk downing this Share and yet be so interested.
