The takeover of NextVR is a strategic move with a small price tag, Apple will have already analysed the expertise within the company and its partnerships, never underestimate Apple, both companies have space to operate in this industry as both ‘Apple and Spotify’ operate in the music download industry, respectful competition is good as two companies working to explode the VR experience is better than a single entity!! As Petebo and others will say ‘stay patient, buy on the lows and this will play out, very well’!! IMO

As we all know, to grow a company it’s never easy and it’s never in a straight line, I don’t live in fantasyland, I do believe (the reason I’m invested) this company has potential, the team working at MelodyVR is experienced and talented, brought together by the partners in this venture not the BoD, I have always supported the strategic approach, I understand the diversions taken during the last 3 years with the strategic direction staying the same, I have concerns regarding AM and he lack of communication and the lack of consistency in his delivery to predicted dates!! But in the end, this company has the greatest potential I have seen with the pedigree of partnerships, contracts and support of the industry!! Good night all!! Sweet dreams!! 2020 will be the year!! Something I missed in the latest RNS, warehousing costs, this could indicate the VR Viewer testing is now coming to a close and distribution is about to begin, I would know what else MelodyVR will require warehousing for unless it’s the viewer? IMO

The up to $11.52 million net proceeds of the Primary Placing will be utilised to extend reach and user engagement and to further enhance MelodyVR both in terms of content and functionality with the ambition of harnessing the significant first mover advantages within this compelling market opportunity. The net proceeds will also be used to hire new personnel.............. provide funds for warehousing costs................. assist with the development of the MelodyVR platform and subscription offering, fund ongoing operating expenses and provide general working capital for the Company.

It looks as though the MelodyVR Jigsaw puzzle has just added a new partnership piece Wandisco, not just for the investment but for technology, appears to fit with the rollout of a subscription based business, along with the in-house technology looks as though we have a high end technology partnership. IMO

Thank you for the 14 questions, I would be happy to collate and circulate (reasonable) questions and supply them to the BoD.

As the AGM will be virtual, this will be a great time to assemble a list of questions for SH and AM to answer, this board has a diverse set of investors, who would like to provide their questions? They need to be clear enabling AM & SH to quantify their replies, perhaps the shareholders would like to propose a panel from MelodyVR, perhaps Nicki or our new investor, maybe even John Gore could attend as it virtual. We have to remember the company strategy maybe held back completely, but they should be able to state the current direction of the business. IMO

I’ve only been invested in this share since 2017, I’ve seen quite a few BB members come and go, I’ve seen a few directors come and go, coming from very top companies. I’ve seen a fantastic team assembled, bespoke technologies developed and a library of content recorded. In 2019, recognition from both Google and Apple resulted in awards to MelodyVR, in 2020 it was announced by AM that this was the year everything would come together, in 2020, due to the SP being so low Mel5 was able to increase his shareholding along with a considerable amount of LTH’s......there is nearly 8 months left for AM and the team to perform before I sell any shares, I’ve written on this Board far more than I have ever due to being frustrated at comments by AM but not the overall strategy of the company, simply because of the quality of the team and partnerships!! However, until the shareholders meeting, where it would be great to put ‘names’ to faces, I will only be monitoring this board infrequently, as I haven’t anything to offer!! Good Luck All
