Agreed, MelodyVR along with their partners have an incredible list of artists, the current limit list of artists with the varied content is typical of a company with an ‘early adopter’ approach, along with O2, GMA and the release of 1000 viewers, the company has certainly done its own research on the market and ‘best penetration to market’ analysis. This demonstrates a maturity in the advisors to the EVRH BoD, the COVID19 has become an unforeseen bonus to advertise our capability to a Captive Audience, I just hope the Agreements and NDA’s are not restricting our ability to move quickly. From the interviews and reports generated by AM and his colleagues I believe everyone is working to capitalise on the short timeframe. IMO

Dear Denzal, I don’t believe my comments are of the ‘bashing’ nature, I am a very staunch supporter of the EVRH board and believe my posts support this view. I am however commenting on the current situation and reflecting the content produced and my views, which I would consider valid! I am of sufficient age and experience to listen to views of other people as ‘acting as an island’ rarely provides the best results. IMO

At least your consistent, just to reassure you, EVRH BoD have managed to build a company that after 3 years can still attract substantial investment, and reach out to artists to perform on MelodyVR during difficult times!! MelodyVR are in the perfect position, the artist may want to use a media platform but unless their record company agrees it won’t happen.......but guess what....our partners are the three main record companies, the criticism of EVRH from certain parties really need to do their homework, EVRH BoD and their team have done their homework!! GLA, I am still hoping it won’t go above 6p for purely selfish reasons before 6th April, but I feel it’s going too!! GLA

Key step...absolutely, the key market is in the US, as AM stated a long time ago, if this was a US start up it would be a Billion dollar company already, thankfully it isn’t and we are all in at its infancy!!imo

Agreed MikG AM & SH will maintain a substantial holding until the right stakeholders are aligned, they have some very experienced mentors in the background, there are some strategically placed employees for a reason within MelodyVR, there is a reason the company has been able to attract a string of talented people, big players are in the background that’s why the company is being run like it is, the biggest bonus for us is the very fact the big players realise the entrepreneurship of AM & SH.

The ‘Five Year’ plan discussed at the 2018 shareholding meeting is well underway, there has been a few tweaks to the plan, but essentially as with any company their strategy has been the same, build a stable company, build a stable product with an exit plan of selling a several billion product!! Remember MelodyVR is a product of EVRH not the company GLA

Another positive announcement, a forward thinking company BoD, enabling their expansion and employee ‘buy in’ is perfect strategy while expanding the company, again a great strategic move!! GLA

Hi All, It would be nice to see a release of more information in the latter part of the week with a steady rise to 5p, personally I would like to see a steep rise after 6th April allowing me another ISA top up.
With a steady release of new content and the release of the MelodyVR mobile headset, this will then allow the full marketing of MelodyVR to the world via the musicians themselves, allowing the company in the next few years to reach the potential it deserves.
The team employed by the EVRH BoD is well experienced to take this company to the same heights as some of their previous employers given the partners they have in the industry! GLA

Thanks Themis, I appreciate your explanation and understand your frustration, however having met AM on a couple occasions, his reply to questions regarding progress has been consistent and due to partnerships have his hands tied!! There are big players in the background with very deep industry connections!! This share will only move when AM’s masters tell him to move!! IMO

Please can you (Themis) explain as an experienced investor with a proven track record, bother with an investment which in your opinion is going nowhere? The reason I personally have confidence in this company, is the fact I have carried out research on the BoD, along with research of the background of the staff appointed by the BoD, and research on the quality of the investors who between them have £Billions, also the partners who are the leading Music Makers and Social platforms in the world, and me.... who has a modest portfolio of shares and investments which allow me to invest in companies such as ERVH and has the patience to allow the respective BoD to do there job! I really look forward to understanding your reasoning, as for me “everyday is a school day”!! Your response will be appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read the above! The main problem I see with updating the shareholders, is the facts and strategy could be distorted by disingenuous sources, they would also be open to our competitors, this would lead to no competitive advantage, leading to disgruntled shareholders.
As stated by many posters, the company hasn’t made any wrong moves, they have proven their equipment, provided confidence to investors and partners. The BoD did state very clearly in the shareholders meeting MelodyVR was a long term project with a period of up to 5 years (to which I understood) to be from launch! They have stated 2020 will be bigger than 2019, as we are only in March they still have another 9 months, with new 3rd party products and technologies being launched, coinciding the launch of our library music and broadway shows aligned with greater uptake of VR devices appears to be a sound strategy! IMO

Looking good to top up 6th April £20,000 at £.04 each in my ISA that’s great news!! GLA
