Although I agree with your frustration, I believe the strategy has always been to launch when the VR industry has been developed sufficiently to support the MelodyVR platform.
As seen this year there are several manufacturers coming out with superior products which appear to be more appealing to the mainstream user and not aimed at the ‘Gamer’, Facebook is developing its ‘Horizon’ platform released In Beta form, 5G is being rolled out, however policies are still being written regarding the use of 5G, manufacturers are still being appraised for operator infrastructure. With the investment of John Gore, MelodyVR are in a great place, new mainstream VR devices are being produced, a greater audience has knowledge of VR, artists are now openly talking and discussing the merits of VR concerts.
As we all know, EVRH has solid backing from the industry, contracts and agreements in place with everyone who is anyone in the Music and Theatre Industry, with hindsight should we have launched with Microsoft and its Mixed Reality, should we have launched everything with the Oculus Go or even launched everything with the O2 deal and the roll out to 5 cities or..........increase the technology in venues for up and coming concerts, increase our partnerships with mobile phone companies, work with Facebook and their ‘Horizon’ platform, work with our theatre experience partner, and in 2020 when there is a huge appetite for VR concerts and theatre experience’s along with proven our technology release ‘the beast’ using our partners to advertise to their ‘billions’ the collection of MelodyVR experiences, no travelling required, be with your friends sharing the experience, have a ‘Concert weekend’ or a ‘Theatre weekend’ go on holiday and enjoy ‘Coldplay in the Caribbean’ or ‘MarshMallow Man in Marrakesh!!
With money still in the bank being topped up by investments and subscription fees and our partners still finding their feet, I would prefer they keep building before opening the doors to everyone, planning and preparation has always work in my professional life, I’ve seen many a company run to quick thinking it will come good, it rarely does, usually someone picks you off at the worse moment to their advantage!!
Keep believing in the BoD and it’s team of highly experienced people!!

The new streaming company Quibi is another endorsement that ‘MelodyVR’ has taken the right direction, the fact MelodyVR have agreements and partnerships in place demonstrates the expertise within the senior management of the company, alongside the John Gore investment this has already been a good 2020 IMO

Taking 10% is a positive move, it provides cash to explore and develop the theatre experience even further without impacting on other developments, John Gore is obviously investing time and money within his own theatre company developing the right experience for his clients, his productions and marketing are quality, introducing MelodyVR to his client base won’t be a risk, it will be a calculated move, taking up the options in two years time will be small returns in monetary value, however the shareholding will provide security of the partnership in the future. IMO

As 2020 rolls out, our partners Sony and Oculus are investing heavily, also Pico are launching there new products. Along with the positive investment of John Gore it looks as though 2020 is going to be ‘one hell of year for VR’ and MelodyVR are right in the middle, all we need now is Apple to announce something new in VR.
The mention by a previous board member (not BoD) regarding transmitting from Mobile to Tv is an interesting concept already proven by YouTube, Netflix have avoided live streaming, has MelodyVR sufficient original material to feed a larger audience??

This is a great endorsement from a leading investor, the message is the same as from long term investors ‘it’s going to take time, but a fantastic investment’!!

My enthusiasm is only built on my own research, the team AM & SH have built around them are extremely experienced in the industries we are working (LinkedIn provides a short list), then there are the industry partners and high profile investors backing this company.
Regarding spend, my understanding is EVRH have sufficient cash reserves to last another 12 months without income, there is revenue growth, they have also the added benefit of share options to bring in extra cash, additionally there is the option of raising cash through loans.
Therefore my enthusiasm is driven by a good business plan with strict control of funds, with an identified market of which other companies are investing billions. A campaign of Winning awards prior to the release of the full content of experiences is great business sense, MelodyVR have released sufficient content to satisfy the Early Adopter, and tested the product, we are now preparing for the mainstream user!! This is why my enthusiasm is high!! IMO

A bargain to venture in the VR experience!

My personal view is this share has great potential in the long term, although it will be a frustrating investment if you want a quick return. IMO

Your comment was ‘radio silence’ in January, my observation simple pointed to last Jan (19) where there certainly activity! Regarding your new comment of the agreements ‘just rollover’ doesn’t give justice to the confidence the industry has in MelodyVR, agreements in my experience are hard fought, the agreements set us apart from our competitors and indeed provide a huge impact!
An agreement with an American partner for mobile phones will enhance the SP, an agreement with Apple would set this product completely in front of our nearest rival, whoever that is?? IMO

I agree Themis, MelodyVR could make announcements clearer!
