I agree Italian, the VR Viewer has to be quality to complement the experience MelodyVR, there is definitely a strategic delay in the release of content, we know the GMA event confirmed the infrastructure is in place, the concert/venue equipment is mature at working reliably. MelodyVR have confirmed over 800 experiences have been recorded and only 80 released, the O2 contract has set a precedent for future contracts, therefore I suspect there are a few mores contracts to cement in place before the release of further top events, I suspect there are several parallel processes going on, if they can make them all come together before end of the month, the roll out will commence early December 2019 with full roll out in first quarter of 2020. The John Gore investment before Xmas will allow the cash flow remain stable before organic growth.IMO

Optimist, the opportunity to invest is a personal choice, the CEO is in business as are investors, he will seek to earn what he is worth, I believe you are commenting on the shares he sold, this was a calculated decision, for corporate investors it wasn’t an issue, to short-term or day traders it maybe a problem, however to a long term shareholder the opportunity to sale at 18p was there for everyone, however for most, it is believed the return will be greater than 18p. The question for you is do you believe in the company, it’s your money! Take it out or leave it in, no-one else is in control but you!

Ignoring the SP for the moment, EVRH’s strategy has been spot on, it takes a ‘Clear minded’ CEO to have a Vision and Strategy and keep to it, there has been and will be bumps in the road to success, the way to avoid the potholes is to move slowly with lots of attention to what’s in front of you, don’t worry what’s happening behind you as that’s history and you can’t do anything about it! The SP will rise and be maintained when the market has gone past the ‘Early Adopters’ this is where we are at the moment, 2020 will be the year of EVRH, be patient!!

It’s coming!

There is a pattern, just before a RNS the SP slides, algorithms kick-in and panic sets in to some holders, the SP then bounces on ‘Solid news’, the price then holds for a while until disillusioned speculators start selling because they haven’t made a fortune.
The SP has however regained from its ‘low’ and maintained around 5p, tomorrow will provide a lift, should an accompanying RNS be released with strategic information I suspect it will lift and maintain a higher SP, further news of events will lift the SP further, the further acquisition of shares by John Gore will cause the SP to rise, however without a constant stream of VR events the SP will probably retreat until positive financials are released.
Buy as you will, Sell as you will for me it’s always been buy at the lows!! GLA

Well, Puddin1006 you are consistent! With GMA 1 day away I don’t believe your dream will come true!
But if you drip sell your complete shareholding over the next few hours and sell cheap you could reach your goal or lose out when the price jumps, that’s the chance you take!!

Italian, I believe we have the same understanding of MelodyVR, the next few weeks will lay the foundations for 2020.

Everyone on this board has there own view, however there are some plain facts around this share, VR is progressing forward, MelodyVR have secured a fantastic position in an early market, they have secured a deal in the UK and Europe with a large mobile company, they had secured a place with one of the largest TV companies in the US, they have a relationship with three of the largest companies in the world, they have increased a library of unique experiences by 20% in the last two years, they have proven they can transmit and handle a large event, if the above isn’t good enough for an investor to feel the company is going in the right direction, I suggest that investor take their money and start a company up of their own! GLA for next week, looks as though a positive stream of good news is coming down the line.

Regarding John Gore’s option, as he will be looking at the long term investment, purchasing shares at a higher price will surely be an investment in its self therefore I would see this as a strategic injection of cash into the company as well as becoming a major shareholder. All feedback welcome!

I can appreciate your frustration, however I believe the John Lewis, M&S, Iceland advertising is the start of Xmas advertising , have they all started!

Confidence in MelodyVR has been proven by the fact GMA have extended our agreement, the Country Music in the US is huge, in my opinion the next step will be a tie-up with a mobile operator in the US expand our market.
Unless you work with large corporations and negotiate contracts it is hard to understand the time required and the gates you have to go through.
In a weeks time, MelodyVR will prove the capacity their systems will operate, the audience will be recognising the brand, the artists hopefully will be talking on their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts encouraging their fans to download the APP watch the concert in VR....brilliant!! My Xmas present will be 20p a share and looking forward to 2020!! GLA

The 2016 deal with Telefonica ....... EVR Holdings plc (AIM: EVRH), a creator of virtual reality content, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary MelodyVR Ltd (“MelodyVR”) has entered into a strategic partnership agreement (“Agreement”) with Telefónica Germany GMBH & Co. OHG (“Telefónica”), the largest mobile communication provider in Germany. Under the terms of the Agreement, Telefonica will showcase a ‘lite’ version of the MelodyVR app across Telefónica’s 665 O2 branded stores throughout Germany beginning in September 2016 for a period of one year.
In addition, 65 flagship O2 stores in Germany will actively market the MelodyVR app via a branded in- store area designed to encourage consumers to try the MelodyVR app on a Samsung Gear VR headset. The ‘lite’ version of the MelodyVR app will enable O2 customers to experience content from artists such as The Who, Kygo and The London Symphony Orchestra.

This demonstrates Telefonica have confidence in MelodyVR as stated previously in another posting, now the Rugby is over the Xmas advertising will commence, the release of the ARDEN report indicates an interesting week ahead possibly with an RNS

Widely reported projected sales target of 80 million 5G iPhones from the 2020 portfolio that’s an impressive forecast. If there is a tie-up with Apple alongside MelodyVR’s own headset (for 4g mobiles) this will certainly enable the expansion of a subscription service. This Xmas looks as though we will be preparing further foundations for our platform which supports the ARDEN report.

Reading the ARDEN report to my knowledge a Telefonica deal has already been operated on a small scale in Germany I believe during the early days of MelodyVR therefore O2 will already know the format already works.
For me the interesting fact in the report is the concentration on IOS and the Apple factor, the BoD are always working in the background with potential partners and I believe there is already a tie-up with Apple, this would also tie in with MelodyVR releasing a holder for IPhone’s, what better move to get people using their IPhone with Apple later releasing an accessory or standalone VR device to an audience already using MelodyVR? EVRH are definitely covering all options with their strategy, I have just come back from a Cruise that had a complete VR Entertainment Studio and Silent Disco, you can see where the next generation will be having VR concerts on board!!
