You are correct, there isn’t a MelodyVR device, it was due end of the summer, I have no understanding why AM made the announcement if they didn’t believe they could deliver as this would of complimented the O2 partnership and the release of the latest four artists as was stated four per month would be released. A statement would be good from the BoD to clarify the matter!

Agreed Italian, it is only speculation anything will happen on 16th December, the SP is stable at the moment, the John Gore investment will increase the SP, it would be expected that he has already accepted the option and the 31st Dec is only a date for the option to have been taken. The BoD have never been interested in the short-term price of the SP and I would expect John Gore to have the same thoughts short-term, MelodyVR is a long-term investment for all concerned!!
For greater publicity though an announcement to coincide with the O2 deal and Xmas exposure it would be great! GLA

It is widely reported ‘Adele’ will release her Album for Xmas 2019, it’s also reported she is training hard with her new look and finalising a video!!!
What a fantastic opportunity, 16th December release her VR experience in the studio producing her brilliant new Album, as a business woman she would be a top attraction for the O2 release, multiplying her investment value in EVRH!! Very plausible!!
EVRH and Adele have the same business sense, release material in your own time, when it’s right!! IMO

Looking forward to next week, the O2 launch of content and the T&C’s changes all indicates MelodyVR are holding something back for Xmas, 2020 will in my opinion be the start of the season of concerts and theatre experiences with John Gore investment keeping debt at 0.

I thought I would throw open a question to our diverse panel of experts........should I buy tomorrow or Tuesday?? Will a RNS be released this side of the weekend or Monday and by Tuesday the price will be down as some believe!! I have my own belief, but be interesting to hear someone else’s researched opinion!! The content is now building for the UK ready for the 16th December and New Year, a few more old stars providing a greater diversity of music, excellent strategy. The question for me is will they launch the VR Device or await the data of the O2 update for Oculus Go devices, will the MelodyVR Device help move people onto the platform or is it better to work with our partners (Facebook, Oculus, Sony, Apple and Microsoft)all great progress!

In 2021 or 2022, Apple aims to release a combined VR and AR headset with a focus on gaming, watching video and virtual meetings. The company intends to roll out a lightweight pair of AR glasses as early as 2023, one of the people familiar with the plans said. Apple had originally intended to have the technology for its initial headset ready in 2019 for a release in 2020, but recently decided to push that back, the person added. The Information earlier reported that Apple told employees it is aiming to launch its first headset by 2022 and the glasses a year later.

We all know MelodyVR are working with large partnerships, this is probably one of the many reasons material release has been delayed, also the reason the MelodyVR VR Device may never get released, the Beta version maybe become a test bed for several partners to bring their products to market more quickly having had access to a great amount of testing with ‘Live Audiences’!!

There didn’t appear to be a mention of the MelodyVR device in the CityAM article?

In addition, the company has also entered into an option agreement with JGO to subscribe for the equivalent of $10 million of new Ordinary Shares at a price to be determined at the time of exercise which would value the Company's issued equity share capital at approximately £220 million. The exercise period for this option will expire on 31 December 2019 at which time it will automatically lapse if not exercised.
