Thanks for your note about ARM and the T/O by Softbank. At the time, about 15/18 months ago, I was surprised to read that the Market Cap of ARM was about 24B, then I read that it has been sold, quite quickly, if I recall correctly for almost the same figure. In other words, NO PREMIUM charged. At the time ARM seemed to be not just the leader here in UK, but often referred to in deals carried out where their permission was required. (Must admit, a little vague about that). In a T/O the sale has to receive approval from shareholders, I understand. Correct me if I am wrong, please. Time goes by and more people in places in EURO -- Poland, Germany and near neighbours suffer the effects of SMOG. Poland , about two years ago passed Anti-Smog legislation, Cobant on behalf the Polish government worked with AEG to test and satisfy themselves That Coalswitch could go a long way to sort out their smog problems. They called the coal fines and Coalswitch mixture a "Superfuel". Everything seemed right for AEG to start supplying CS but it didn't happen. It needed the forestry people to let AEG get the supplies and do the trick. What causs governments to decline into inertia ? It would seem that the announcement about siox weeks ago that Apple was a 1Trillion company along with so many analysts appraising the Apples latest Mobile phones and very high prices that the US consumers have decided to carry on using their existing phones leading to the large drop in sales and share price. I have often wondered similarly, this is no answer:- It seems as though the Market makers (MMs) at the Stock Exchange behave like the stall holders in a produce market who may lower their prices on certain more perishable things during the last half hour in order to attract more customers. Try to observe if you have the time what the results are at about 5.00 pm, after the market has officially closed.

Regarding the possibility of "poor advertising" by saying our planes are fire proof in parts, the travelling public will always seek to move freely and safely if they can and the transport world will have to devise the best ways to assure them of safe travel. Do you recall the Malaysia airliner which disappeared to somewhere in the South Indian Ocean it was thought, and did you notice the high number of cancellations by potential customers who would not fly on that airline. It seems that the disappearance was bo accident, the transponders were said to have been turned off. The turning off should not have been possible, Boeing the plane manufacturer published shortly afterwards a list of supplementary items that Malasia Airline declined to purchase. The plane could not be tracked except for a short period thanks to RR engines being fitted with a device to transmit to engine stations on the ground. If the use of graphene is going to make planes safer in any way, then the airline companies should advertise that to their customers.
