Consider the position since Mrs May called the last election, she has been bound by a self-interested group whose leader is not an MP so she leads at arms length, just like Mrs Sturgeon in Scotland. Sometime ago Dave the Brave made a good report regarding concrete and the addition of graphene in the mix and he saw it as a very good addition to help the concrete to have a longer and better life. If he happens to read this note perhaps he may further enlighten us, please. If I recall correctly Dave obtained a degree from the same Department where graphene was discovered at Manchester University. I am referring to this because of AECOM being mentioned, and they could well be very good customers of VRS in the near future. AECOM, are indeed a very large company, and if they are satisfied with their testing results and gain certification in the USA, their homeland, they should be well set to use their products all over the world, which may be particularly helpful in countries subject to earthquakes and similar catastrophies. Whether they wish VRS graphene to be certified to the new ISO standard expected soon, I am uncertain, but they will certainly be looking for consistent quality in order to give guarantees to their customers. ----- Yours, Max.

Your example of Drax is very good, I wondered whether, at the time, people with an interest in AEG and its product Coalswitch details and the absolutely neutral report from the University of Utah should have been shouting from the roof tops about Drax NOT doing what they did. It would have been blatant advertising, of course, but they did appear to have buried their head in the sand --- or coal dust ! If Durham or York University. or indeed, ANY University had picked up on Utah's report, there might have been a very dfifferent result for Drax, the taxpayers, this company, its shareholders and the country. Speedy already has high level training services on offer, particularly, i would have thought with regard to Lloyds British Testing services and the recently acquired companies offering lifting equipment on building sites. Now Dr Routh has been in post for three months, perhaps we may expect some news of how the company is progressing particularly in view of the changes taking place in the automotive industry. It seems motor vehicle manufacturers cannot afford to standstill and so some are reducing their workforce would-wide, perhaps to introduce more modern processes or newer materials, such as Graphene and Quantum Dots. I think you make a good case for the BoD to consider paying a dividend, but I would not want such a payment made at this particular time, perhaps consider it about August. Where do you think Graphene has gone. ? Some on here, like me, also have an investment in VRS which is going great guns with developments in that field. Try reading some of their RNSs to see where they expect to move rapidly in commercialising graphene platelets and inks for many different uses. Such a shame the governments of the UK did not exercise any foresight in protecting such companies from foreign takovers. Able, gold is often mentioned as a defence investment, and does often appear to be successful. In the mining aspect Randgold was thought of as a successful company with good management. However, as you will know, it has just been taken over by an American company, Barrick from Boston. It has been reported that Barrick will use the Randgold system to drive its profitability, which may be difficult to carry out in a short-time scale. May i just mention, without any prejudice on my part, that during the latter half of 2018, quite a number of companies announced that they were moving, or cosidering moving, their headquarters into Europe. Perhaps these companies felt that such a move would be beneficial to them in continuing their normal business, and maybe, just maybe, worried they would, or might, lose certain types of protection, of a kind i cannot visualise. One company I noticed revered their decision, that was Unilever, which if I recall correctly, was in response to pressure from shareholders. A report was published about a hotel, owned by Whitbread in Edinburgh, being fitted with a three ton battery storage facility to store electricity during off-peak periods and use the juice during normal daylight hours. It said the battery was provided by EON. I was thinking that perhaps thework going on at Gnanomat in Madrid might well provide an improved system that could be taken up by hotels, and others, worldwide.
