Dear Able and Mr TT. The company has a lot of work in hand, engineering, conaultncy consulting with systems and project management and now further software expansion in Space. Given the recent financial agreement with a bank we may see a suitable acquisition to assist the development of Westek which seems tobe specialising in manfacturing of computer systems and associated software. I wonded whether Westek works with Polaris in this field., for cross development and enhancement of the software including AI. ----- Yours, Max.

Ten years ago I had to leave my post as a Parish Councillor due to failing eyesight, but on one ocassion when Iwas chairman of the council, my wifr were invited to witness the "Passing Out" parade of a company of army cadets, salute to be taken by a Colonel of the regular army based at Liverpool. The personnel in the unit were all living at a local charitable home for deliquuants, but were very smart on parade. Having been congratulated on their performance by the Colonel, we were all inviyed to participate in a buffet lunch. I, and others were astonished how these young men, all under 18 rushed to serve my wife with all sorts of iiems from the table for her nourishment, to sit near her, ask her questions, and listen to what she had to say. She seemed to become a substitute MUM to them all !! Afterwards we were shown two of the houses in which up to six had their own bedrooms, but there was a sadness too in the air. One of the lads was approaching his 18th Birtday and would have to leave the school. His classmates were very concerned about his prospects when he was going to be alone, out on the streets and no one to care for him as they did. My wife and I could not suggest a solution which adn't already been discussed, but the law of the land meant he could not stay and despondecy ruled amonh his younger companions. So choosing 2.0% as the actual rate, and assuming a LIBOR figure of 0.6665, the rate to be paid would be 2.0 + 0.6665 = 2.6665% which does not seem punitive, particularly since we are not a bank. One or two points. Multi-purpose is exactly right, the borrower (US) has to explain to a potential lender just what trhey propose to do with the finance made available, and so they have laid it out. The lender will offer certain terms and conditions on which the Board of Directors make their decision. The rate of payback will be based on LIBOR plus a % added on, but seemingly only on the amount drawn down from the £7.0M (possibly reaching to £12M). Submarine Oxygen Generating Devices Order

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, announces that it has secured a new order worth approximately £1.0 million from the Ministry of Defence ("MoD") to supply it with oxygen generating devices.

This order is for a further 750 multi-purpose oxygen generators, which are supplemental to the Company's other large atmosphere management systems which the Company currently supplies to the MoD and other global customers.

These devices will be supplied to the Royal Navy during 2020 as part of the estimated £22m framework contract previously entered into between TP Group and the MoD to manage equipment availability and provide spares for air purification systems, as announced by the Company on 3 April 2017.

This order was received only seven days after the last order, looks like more woek for Westek . Perhaps our new-ish poster was right in his summary, we need to have a revolving financial agreement in place to sustain gaining orders in quick succession like this. TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, announces that it has been awarded a contract valued at c.£1.0 million from an existing long-term customer based in South East Asia for the supply of a submarine carbon dioxide removal system.

The work will be undertaken at the TP Group facility in Portsmouth for delivery at the end of 2020. This contact is part of a broader replacement programme.

European Space Agency Agreement for ECLIPSE Software Suite

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, announces that its subsidiary, Sapienza Consulting Ltd ("Sapienza"), has signed a €2.2 million Master Service and License Agreement with the European Space Agency ("ESA") to renew its service provision and related licensing for the ECLIPSE software suite.

ECLIPSE is a suite of specialised software modules focused on space industry project management activities. ESA has been using Sapienza's ECLIPSE suite for ten years and this agreement extends its use of the system for a further three years across all its sites and Directorates.

Particularly having read a report today that the UK government is consideing establishing its own space systems, having been SHUT OUT of the EURO zone's "Galileo" space system.
