I suppose, Colleagues, we are awaiting the group to announce some kind of contract win or MOD project concerning what i will term our "Software" companies have obtained. Time is passing and our initial hopes are slowly deflating that this side of our company will be able to advance us. Nay, thrust us forward, ! Or am I expecting too much too soon ? ----- Yours, Max.
Suffering from unusually high night time temperatures, i adjourned to the Comp ! I decided to to re-read the RNS about the Arches issued July this year. Having gazed at it for a little time, I scrolled down to the various companies in our group and lighted on Total Carbide. There I clicked on their link and discovered about their work on SPRNT with the OPEN UNIVERSITY. This was very interesting and is well worth reading. It shows a development I had somhow missed and ia very pleasing. Read and Enjoy ! ----- Yours, Max.
Jimzi -- You have a vast expeience of posting on boards according to your history as noted.
Is it ideal that demand and supply should match ? According to other companies they may have a pipeline of possible contracts being negotiiated but still to become solid contracts. They seem to be able to offer deliveries of contracted goods in the future, depending upon what has been agreed. It has been said often that potential customers do not really wish to spend a long time carrying out testing of the materials before becoming confirmed buyers. The verification scheme is designed to assure potentials customers that such tesing is not required, their queries on quality, production, etc are catered for in the scheme. ----- Yours, Max.
Colleagues, please excuse a couple of typos. I hope you understand. ----- Yours, Max.
Robin, thank you ror the link you provided, I read the whole of it !
The portion about Sweden I will copy below so tat others may read it, if they wish.
SweNanoSafe Launches Free Web Tool To Help Register Nanomaterials Under REACH: On May 16, 2019, the Swedish National Platform for Nanosafety (SweNanoSafe) announced the availability of eREACHNano, “a new web tool focused on helping small and medium-sized companies that may lack sufficient in-house expertise on the regulation covering nanomaterials.” The web tool explains the data requirements for nanoforms according to the guideline documents of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation. SweNanoSafe notes that the December 2018 amendments clarifying the information requirements for nanomaterials have not yet been included.
It seems to me this launch is imtemded to assist companies not on ly in Sweded and the rest of EURO but others outside those boundaries who may wish to export into the EURO zone. ----- Yours, Max.
Following my two earlier posts today, does anyone kmow of any UK company who meet these requirements for producing graphene ? Does anyone know of any company OUTSIDE of the UK who meet these requirements ? In the absence of any response may we assume there are NO COMPETTORS in the graphene world ? ----- Yours, Max.

Versarien plc
("Versarien" or the "Company")
Receipt of Graphene REACH Registration
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that the Company has secured the required approval from the ECHA, the European Chemicals Agency, to manufacture between one and ten tonnes of graphene per annum.
The EU Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals ("REACH") regulations require all companies manufacturing or importing chemical substances into the European Union in quantities of one tonne or more per year to register these substances with the ECHA and receive approval. Versarien has now received such approval for the substance with EC number 801-282-5, being graphene.
Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "The manufacture and sale of graphene at these levels requires certain permissions under EU regulations and I am pleased to report that we have been successful in our registration and are now accredited to produce significant volumes of graphene under the EU rules for chemical production.
RNS issued on 1st April, 2019.
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that the Company is the first graphene company in the world to successfully complete the Graphene Council's "Verified Graphene Producer" programme (the "Programme").

Your fractured English makes for difficulty in understanding what you are driving at.
You claim to have negotiating experience, what topics might you have covered out
of the multitude that can arise in the engineering world. How long did you work in engineering ?
Did your expeience include representing a member of your union who alleges discrimination ?
Did you settle pay claims ? cases of inequality ? working conditions, working hours ?
Boris Johnson seems to have little experience of negotiating. "Found dead in a ditch" !
What an aspiration ! How did he think the EU (whom you seem to despise) would read
BOTH his letters and try to decide what he really wanted ? ----- Yours, Max.
Reported on BBC today ! Peraps another of the governments manouvers
to ease the problem for England.
Firms in Northern Ireland will have to submit declaration forms for goods heading to the rest of the UK, under the government's Brexit deal.
Brexit Secretary Steve Barclay was forced to make the admission after initially denying it was the case.
This followed previous assurances that Northern Ireland-GB trade would be "unfettered".

Colleagues
Nothing to do with shorts -- With this company, I feel, many joined slowly or in a hurry, because of the outstanding promise of the material. Explanations of its discovery close to home, the rich detail provided, the glimpses of futuristic benefits, all gripped the imagination and enthusiasm of so many people. -- It was irresitible !! It is easy to be taken up with others in wanting to share in such a "Gold Rush" and many are still part of the interested and invested crowd, me for example, not ashamed to admit to being enthralled by the possibilities of the material. ----- Yours, Max.

According to a TR1 issued yesterday, M&G now owns 18.77% of the shares in TPG.
This transfer is one of a number made as a result of the Demerger of Prudential and M&G.

On the 6th of February 2019, a certain company issued a note to shareholders.
The note referred to a notice issued by OLEV on the previous day, here it is:-
"pleased to note the announcement from OLEV released yesterday, stating "In another boost for the zero emission vehicle and automotive sector, winners of a £14 million competition to fund hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and hydrogen refuelling infrastructure projects have also been announced. The innovative technology these vehicles use has long range (300+ miles) and fast refuelling (3-5 minutes) capability, and will support the Industrial Strategy Future of Mobility Grand Challenge to place the UK at the forefront of the design and manufacturing of zero emission vehicles."
It seems obvious to me that your MP (a Minister of State) did not seek the assistance of his Civil Service people, in replying to your enquiry in a proper fashion. A hydrogen powered vehicle does not have an internal combusion engine, so a re-fit
is not a possibility. My interest in this is :--- Can VRS be involved in supplying top quality graphene products to the Durham Uni led project mentioned in my previous posts ? Another Collaboration ? Well, yes but it would, I believe,
in the pursuit of better climates throughout the world, and, dare I say it, a profitable venture for our company, in the
near, medium and long term future. ----- Yours, Max.
Is there scope for Versarien to join this project led by Durham Uni ? Perhaps one their products may be used
to make lighter weight but strong fuel tanks ? I hope they might be asked to take part in this project, the
prospects would be boundless if successful. ----- Yours, Max.
,
Colleagues you may recall I posted a message recently from Government concerning OLEV.
Perhaps you may be interested in the following short article.
UK- based Durham University will lead a new national research project to decarbonise transportation through the use of hydrogen technologies.
The £1m project, Network-H2, will see Durham University work alongside Government, industry, and other universities, in hope to help achieve net-zero carbon emissions.
Network-H2 will bring together international experts from the energy, road, rail, air, and marine transport sectors to support the decarbonisation of the transport network.
As hydrogen-powered vehicles only emit heat and water, they put forward a clean and renewable alternative to fossil fuels.
The project will also examine the technological, social, political and economic factors which are required to increase the use of hydrogen as a fuel.
According to Durham University, “Developing sustainable alternatives to the fuels we currently use of the UK’s transport system is crucial if we are going to achieve net-zero carbon emissions in the next 20-30 years.”
Network-H2 is funded by the UK’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
