We need those with guts to write to every politician, newspaper, BBC, Sky News etc as possible to get behind the British Biotech industry and to uncover the corruption of HMG. I have spent the whole morning doing just as such. If everyone gets behind this we stand a chance of making a difference or the alternative option is just to give up!

Muck165 - Note on page 7 - Diagnostic tests (molecular and antigen) that can be used at the POC or completely at home from developers who have indicated the ability to scale up manufacturing capacity shortly after authorization (e.g., a manufacturing capacity of =500,000 tests per week within 3 months of authorization)

If ODX could get approval they can defo meet with this capacity in the US, perfectly feasible and not wishful thinking.

Again too little, too late. This Company are dinosaurs in terms of how to commercialise a product. What on earth do the BOD do to earn their money and now they have Landsdown Capital running their marketing. Total incompetence

Once the public are aware they can now check for antibodies and their immune status there will be huge demand. The public do have a right to know if they are safe i.e. they have immunity or not.
As a pragmatist I do think there is still mileage in ODX.

HMG now needs to ban ALL Chinese tests. The past and present ones we are using are totally useless. We have people testing negative going out in the community who are in fact positive and spreading the virus. It's give us a false sense of security.

So one of my work colleagues informs me that The Innova Medical Group were incorporated in March 20 and are a wholly owned subsidiary of Pasaca Capital and that Pasaca’s founder is an American/Chinese businessman called Charles Huang born in Wuhan.

So my next question is does anyone know how long it takes to develop a lateral flow test. Are they difficult to develop and does it take months or years…? Something is smelly here….very very smelly that a Company just happens to be in the right place at the right time………….

I think you will find Omega have done everything they can do. HMG are corrupt and should be held to account. The British public have been taken for a ride buying tests from a country who caused the Pandemic and furthermore sub standard tests. The public need to now stand up and write to those who are not frightened to highlight this scandal. Write, write and write....

You are aiming too low. You need to get this to a investigative journalist/TV reporter who will pick this up and run with it. Who was the female reporter that broke the scandalous filming of Allegra Stratton at a mock press conference? She is the person to write to.....

StuoftheToon - I posted it months ago and I still feel the same, that the Government agenda all along was herd immunity. This was facilitated by sub-standard Chinese sourced lateral flow tests that allowed infected individuals to continue spreading, and allowed the Government to massage the figures. An accurate LFT would have identified more infections and increased the number of isolations and given a more realistic picture of the problem. I can't explain things in any other way.

Excellent analogy of the situation. Make a failed test and you will win Home Use Approval.

Done all that, written to all local MPs, speakers in the commons, news reporters, Robert Peston, Neale Hanvey, etc etc but many will not. We are like sitting ducks using these Chinese tests and unless there are changes, and soon, things are going to get an awful lot worse

I think you have hit the nail on the head and highly likely MHRA did/are ignoring the FDA recall. That bit of news was quickly hushed. I had heard that only the 3rd booster vaccine now gives us immunity to Omicron? How do we know we are being told the full story? Why are we not tested for antibodies after receiving a vaccine to ENSURE we are protected. Feels like we are being played for fools by fools

Have a number of friends who felt ill, took lateral flow tests a few times. All negative. Still felt ill and took a PCR. They were positive but because of false negatives and they thought they were safe have been mingling with family and friends. These Chinese tests DO NOT detect Omicron. Now all their contacts have had to be PCR tested and most have come back as positive, some still awaiting results. This is an ongoing nightmare..............
