I'll say one thing though- the sells are being drip fed and that would suggest that the seller doesn't want to crash the price. So, this suggests that the shares being sold are placement shares at 6p. So, if they held off this long in order to begin selling. It suggests that it is a distressed seller or an investor who bought at 6p and wants to make a quick profit as part of their strategy.
I'm inclined to think that it is a distressed seller and if it's what I think it is, there aren't many left at all.

I am also puzzled with the micro buys for very small amounts.

I saw something like this a few years ago in UKOG when the Burgess was buying shares and the brokers were making micro buys, but there was bit of a pattern.
I think there is a pattern to the tiny buys, but haven't been able to figure it out. So ideas are welcome (constructive, that is)

I think that the spv's are precisely for the drug treatments currently in the wheelhouse.
It would make sense to transfer (say) 302 in to subsidiary company where Val owns one part and the Japane pharma the other.
An SPV is such a situation would keep things clear and would probably be something a serious investor/partner would insist on, because it ring fences their investment and from Val's point of view the investor would be putting their money into the subsidiary and not into VAL.
In this type of situation, the investor would have the reassurance that their money would purely go on that product and not into keeping VAL's lights on or BOD wages.
It mitigates everyone's risk and potential for lose

Steady- yes, I to think that there is a deal that might be announced sooner than we think.
I personally think that the Japanese Pharma is the dark horse for me.
Before signing the material transfer agreement, the Japanese Pharma had studied the data collected in depth before signing the agreement.
The idea is for the Pharma do do proof of concept expeiments/studies.

If the purpose is to merely look at proof of concept and to see how VAl301 could compliment their product development, wellI wouldn't think that would take long to see if something works in principle or s a proof of concept .
I was once part of an advanced materials project and the period of concept was literary a couple of 3 inch samples, that weren't even made to scale,. It they proved the concept and went a long way to being awarded a £250k marching funds grant from Yorkshire Forward.
But it worked but obviously as a proof of concept and it wasn't refined or made with the necessary machinery, but rather they were made by hand.

So, my point is that if it has a positive effect/desired effect , they very well will take the project forward IMO

RB everyone I have spoken to who has a bit of this, is holding on to their shares. This is entry level prices and with only one of the four lines achieving any type of success or hint of possibility, we will just remember these single digit figures.

Out of curiosity, I wonder what that late reported 590k was? It looks either like a really good sell or a brilliant buy!

Freddie, if you want a top-up Dibs has a good point in that there are likely to be limit orders for buys that would be triggered if mm's were to drop it.

However, if you (for instance were to top up now), this would tighten even further the supply and build support for a leg up!

Slow and steady is good and will create solid support, but do agree that once a sniff of positive news lands, we will see a significant increase in the share price.

I am well topped up here (for me anyway) and would certainly top up more, but am at max for what I can afford without loosing sleep!

The RNs from yesterday (now), really sounds like a wake up call and I really believe the Dr. D. has given us all the hints she could give without breaking an NDA. As we know, if there is a deal being sorted out, there would naturally be an NDA. However, for now I do believe that you wouldn't set up a Special Purpose Vehicle, without a Special Purpose!
I know I've said it a few times since the RNs, but it stands to reason. To be fair, I wouldn't want a herd ticket the price, only for them to move on- a steady price rise is comfortable and will allow people to buy in and build a steady and stepped rise to create new and higher support points.
I think we are doing that well and there is a nagging seller drip selling, but that is an opportunity! I don't see these cheap prices for much longer.

Noise- the way I read it is, that the company is getting partners to build on the four existing drug lines and #VAl will benefit from someone else paying for the trials and development

It might be a smaller piece of the pie, but if you get the right partner(s) onboard with deep enough pockets- that would significantly de-risk #VAL as an investment and increase the chances of delivering a product to be sold to a large pharma or a further partnerships to take a drug line to market.
It sounds very very interesting and if someone is willing to pay for the development to the point where it has a viable commercial value, then I am on board with that. Imo it represents a win win!

All we need is one deal and the company would be launched into a totally different valuation! A re-rate I'd on the cards imo and to me no one sets up or mentions an SPV (special purpose vehicle), if there isn't a reason to do so.
This to me sounds like a deal is being put together.
