Agreed! I think a deal is done as well and they need to set up the SPV to set up the partnership and get the asset transfered to the SPV and get the money in! Otherwise, someone might clock the SPV company and could be taken the wrong way. This way all above board and think something big is going to be announced sooner than we thought! Just a thought.

Nomlungo-, it reads to me that other companies will be paying Val, in partnerships and assets placed in SPV's.
It reads to me that there will be no placings.

In regards to those two buys from yesterday, if they are bed ISA's, that would suggest they will be sticky and not sold.
The free float is shrinking and any buy(s) can trigger a chain event and up momentum very quickly

They look like buys they are about a minute or so apart and they are the same exact number of shares, but the second transaction was for more money.
When you have a bed ISA they number of shares is slightly lower on second transaction.
However, it could be a rollover, but it is a small amount of shares.
So, the above described makes me think they purchase and also look at the price the time of trade. I say "BUYs"

Valju- it can be argued that they tried to commit fraud! Also, as a business director you are legally responsible to act in the business interest or basically have a fiduciary duty and the previous BOD have failed and based on what I understand were actively moving to not only plunder every penny from the company but then illegally transfer the assets to a shell corpoation.

I am really pleased as to how things have been going with the new BOD and Dr. Dilly's direction.
The only reason why this is at this ridiculously cheap price at the moment is that the previous BOD did a lot of reputational damage and the market is waiting to see something tangible from the BOD before launching this to a re-rate.

It is shocking to read that Admin costs (i.e previous BOD) spent more than the actual business of progressing the development of the drug lines.

Steady as soon as any news related to any one of the drug lines is rns'd this will do very well imo

If you can't buy and the share price is going down- that suggests they are filling a big buy order and shaking weak share holders.

The two buys totaling £18k have not shown up on LSE (at the time I wrote this), but even without then, there has been good volume and people know an opportunity when they see it at these prices.

I am well loaded up (for me) and would definitely top up at these prices but I have to ask for concent at work and it takes 24hrs for approval.

I fully expect the free flat to tighten up and will naturally cause a float upwards.

A couple of chartists have suggested 12p+ no resistance and feel that it will trade in the range of 13-15p until news on one of the drugs lands

Either way, we definitely know that there is support at this level, just need to find the our way up to the next one!

I certainly don't expect to sell a bean for a while and do have my exit strategy for a free ride somewhere in the high 30's and based on my figures, research, peer valuations and number of shares, feel that this will happen imo by sometime in late August to Mid September, but that is just me.

At this point more people are buying. The man has a good reputation and Dr.D wanted him onboard.

This is a pharma and can't just go to ziprecruiters to find a telesales agent. If your going to give Dr. D a chance to deliver, you need to give her the latitude to manage the business

Proof is in results and she is not being paid much, so she needs to show results to make money.

This is a positive and judging on the fact that there are more buys than sells in number of trades and now in volume suggests that people are onboard with this.

It looks like opportunity is there for those who want a top up

Ticman- there are a few people in your situation and am truly sorry about that, but now the company has a different BOD and there are a lot of positive things going on.
The people to blame for your loss is George and Satu, but they are gone - thanks to shareholder action.

This shareholder community will hold the BOD to account and we now have Dr. D at the helm.

All I could say is either right the money off or possibly average down!

Yes absolutely! I also think that there is a good chance that we might get news on how things are going with the Japanese pharma as well. The reason why I am saying this is because they are doing proof of concept, not full blown trials.
So, what is proof of concept? Is it trial in a pitiri dish? Not sure what that means but to me it really read as that they were doing some experiemntation in a lab setting, so don't really think it would take long to hear something.
