All resolutions passed and Midred and Gboy all frustrated!

Although I am looking at 15min delay trades, this looks to me that the mm's are doing a tree shake in slow motion to get some shares in.
It's also funny in a way because, there are those who sold (small amounts) ND yet September was only mentioned in regards to the healing results
Vicjn- totally agree and as I've been saying for a while, I think we very well may get news on 301 and/or 401 trial funding.
It would be hilarious to get something in the next few days because we know it's coming and about due (very close)

I think there is room there for a surprise gift along the way! The only real timeframe we have for news is on the headline results, but we still have 201 and 301 where news can land at any point. In addition based a recent rns's- I think we may get news on a new product line and maybe even funding news for 401 trial (all good folks)

Dibs- the continued cost cutting is really good to hear! This tells me that the BOD is focused on getting the company and the products to where it wants to be.

The AB is also a good investment, because finding the right projects and knowing what to do with them is key imo.

All on track and I still think we will hear about 301 or 401 very shortly.

OB! Renting houses is not easy or as easy as people think.
As a rule of thumb I budget for 3 months no rent/ eviction costs/repairs...
As well because as the government believes I am an evil landlord so must be punished for working hard and making sacrifices- how dare people buy a buy to let?
Only housing associations who were given the housing stock and run by councilor's friends are entitled to have property.
Anyway, there is still money in it and can be done ethically, but what is not said is that there are a significantly enough bad tenants that it is more dificult especially as everything is in the tenants favour
