There is a good mount of buying and would really like to see what announcement Dr. D makes or the answers to the Q&A would be interesting

The good news is a couple of fold:
.- the spread is reason thin for this share at 7.88/7.96.
-the share price has held well and above the placing, which would indicate that the market is ok with it.

So, now we wait for Dr D to release the Q&A's and hopefully put people more at ease with the placing and we could resume normal upward service.

It makes sense to almost forget about the initial investment and look at the new investment as if it were in another share.
I agree, that Dr. D deserves a chance and has made the right moves so far.

I was not happy to see the placement and feel the had she waited until Tuesday coming or even Monday- the VWAP would have been significantly better.
Also, it is my opinion that the Phouse clients' knew about the placing a day or two before everyone else
So, I would like to see another broker brought on to help this along
.However, in saying all this, Dr.D will have had a reason for the timing and pricing of the fundraise and I am hoping that the money was needed for a project that is to be announced shortly or a partnership (SPV) funding.
If this is the case and we start moving north again, it will have been worth it .
I also hope that the overwhelming majority of placement shares are in PI's hands as this will give the share room to go up in price

The share price, on Thursday afternoon and on Friday help up better than I had expected and it seems that the market knows something is coming very soon.
At this point it is a matter of waiting patiently.

If you want to multi-bag, then it's a matter of getting early while the share price is low, after having done your research and waiting for the magic to happen.

Like it or not there was a fundraiser! The placing was oversubscribed and am sure that there is a good reason and Dr.D will soon publish the Q&A.

After a walk, a few drinks and some sleep- I woke and thought- "don't loose sight if the prizes here and news that will be arriving by end of the quarter.
So, I have decided to top up if I get a chance at anything below 7.5p) and have put in a couple of limit orders.
Now, my plan is to ask for consent everyday at work because the permission only last u to next trading day

Just minutes after the jamboree, the witch allowed the school bully to give some of the children the knowledge that she will want more of the other childrens' lunch money!

Well, some of the braver children approached the witch not knowing if she would shackle them for eternity in school. She replied, I will tell you why I needed more lunch money after the jamboree and will tell you why the evil twosome had laid curses and how the witch will rid the money trees of the curse of the evil twosome.

The witch said she will show us how she will make the money trees grow quicker and make more little money trees that in turn will grow and give the children even more money so even their friends won't have to go to school.
The witch promised that the evil twosome Mildred and Gboy are gone and their curse has been killed.

Now she is about to tell the children about hydroponics and her plans on how to make the money plants grow into healthy money trees quicker and make them grow even bigger.

So, little mouse the more money the quicker the plants turn into trees, the quicker and more money you get and this in turn will give you bigger wedges of cheese!

So, we think the witch is a good one and she will grow is several.money trees!

Well folks I did write to Dr. D because I was bouncing this afternoon and I was bouncing because I think that P*****house told their mates and thus the weird sells over last 24hrs.
Anyway, as I told a mate, Dr. D doesn't strike me as a crack ***** and as such the placing was either done for snatch or because there is a deal on the table and she needs to move fast.

So, as she has a good reputation and comes across as a professional, I would like to think and highly suspect that there is a deal on the table.
She told me this afternoon, that she will post the answer to my question in a Q&A, so feel a lot better this evening.
As for share price the placing was at 7.50p. So let look at that:
Phouse will most likely sell for atleast a 5-10% or it will have been a waste of time.
So at 5% that make it 7.86p.

On the other hand the rest of the shares were bought by a spectrum of investors, from your 10-20%ers through to those who will put them away and saw an opportunity to get some deeply discounted shares and will probably hold for a while
As a result I think the mm's will not let it go lower than what we saw today and if so, not by much
This is the logic behind what I am thinking and think that there is big news about to drop at anytime between now an end of this quarter.
My hunch would be (as mentioned) Val301 or funding or 401.

I also think there is hints in recent SPV RNs. So, there could be three pieces of news at any time.g
GLA and I will probably be topping up in the next 24hrs or Monday (if I can), but that's just me.

I wrote to Dr. D this afternoon as I was furious about the way it was done and the weird sells today!
I was fuming and anyone around me knew it.
I basically told her that the evidence is that the share price was doing really well and as a result, had she held on a other day or two, she would have gotten a much better VWAP and am sure that she could of raise at 8.5-9p.
I asked her why this was done in this way. I also told her that surely the company has not burned through the money raised two months ago.

Her reply is basically that she will publish the reason on Q&A

Points to consider:
-Dr. Dilly is not stupid (atleast I hope)
-the shares have been bought at a discount at 7.5p. now remember Oeterhouse and the lucky bunch bought and won't sell at 7 5p (no point in buying).
So, I personally think that some will hold and some might sell or sell a few. Surely Peterhouse will sell, but they will want to make atleast a 5p profit.

So, imo this is as low as it will go and take comfort in the fact that , as stated those who bought want to make a profit

Maths- it goes into a reading account and once they're in that account you bed an ISA

Many directors get away with it because investors don't get organized to pursue them. If more people pursued via class action suits, AIM would become a proper exchange.
