holly- thanks! I am not really a chartists as my eyesight isn't that great and sometimes a pain to distinguish the colours, lol! Anyway, I have been following this for a few months (more because my mate really really likes MAFL- new sliced bread) and I would imagine that the results and modeling should be out imminently, yeah?

I had a mate of mine who has been on about MAFL for months. When it was above 20p I was undecided. However , with todays price and the prospect it was a no brainer and had to buy in! Looking at the assets, balance sheet, BOD, the extremely low number of shares and who owns themtells me that the shareholders will be a definite priority! I hope I'm right and to me the fundamentals looks very strong! Any words ofadvice or thoughts are welcome, thanks!

Hello Folks, I trust that everyone has had a great week and plenty of food and drink with friends and loved ones!. I went back and read that it is tomorrow that AMP can excercise these convertables and this would be really great! I wouldn't be surprised however if they don't sell some in the next few months to keep things ticking along until some monney comes in. Either way it is great for all of us here. As far as the court case goes (and I am not a solicitor) but as this matter has had favorable outcomes the last two times and this is a patent issue, it AMP would have patent insurance in place (you would like to think school boy 101) and with this said it would not surprise me if this does not go to court at all and settles before it gets to that. The only time that I have seen cases drawn out by the opponent is when it is really a race to see who has the deeper pockets. However, if this goes to court and AMP wins it would be very very expensive for the other side. Watch this space as I would imagine that this will be settled. It would also be in AMP's interest to settle if these people offered enough (I would think) as this pending court case is financially draining and is suppressing share price. but either way as long as it is a favorable outcome for AMP, then we'll see a huge surge in this penny stock. I might be an idiot, but if this goes our way as well as positive P3 data for MTFB, is it realistic to see a 25-30p share here?

Don't know if that's a good thing (obviously for them it is) or is it just a bit of corruption!!! Why don't they offer current investors options at say 5p? or at yesterday's close only excercisable if shares top 8p for instance? Uhgg!!!!

Hi New! I believe that the sp will rise and go back as MTFB does. The advantage I think is that it moves in .25 steps, so as much as it has gone down by 0.25p since yesterday. When it goes up it will go up by 0.25p's and this would represent a larger increase than what you will see at MTFB. I also believe that AMP has a lot of upsides and many more irons in fires as oppossed to MTFB. We should also have a ruling on the Datatern case and if successful that is another positive infux of $£ and AMP has even more shares in MOTIF, than they did on both UK & NASDAQ. so even though they have payments to make in shares, they will have to part with a smaller percentage of MOTIF share compared to their holdings a year or so ago. But this is just my view. If Motif goes up, this will go up and like wise if Motif goes down this goes down and we are so close to 52 wk low, I would by more, but can't release more money at moment otherwise I would buy more!
