Good article! As things stand and should they IPO at �100m will double our mcap! I hope it does play out this way or better as I initially was not in favour of more money being invested this month! At this point if the mcap doubles (or better) in the next few months, just with Engage and the other investments do similar- you can see how things will start rolling! In the immediate future we have Horse Hill to look forward to and possibly some other positive surprises (fresho and weshop). It is a very exciting time and people will start to clock on. GLA

All we need is for more transactions and this will happen I believe as we get closer to the end of the month. On one hand would like to see the share price go up, but on the other hand I would like to have(even a small) Cheeky top up at these prices!

So, there might be movement here and I also hope to hear about Fresno and the other companies this coming week!

A buy back will do no good at this point, IMO! The money is better used to invest in new opportunities. As the value of the investments increases, so will the share price. This is especially true when Prim can minimize on it's investments at a significant profit. The only thing keeping the share price down and giving the mm's the excuse is the low volume. I think that things will really start shifting when the volume goes above 20m. At this point the volume has been less that 16m. However you will note that the share price on Friday was going up and then it stalled. I think they may have not reported a sell in order to possibly help fill an order (just a thought). Once news breaks or volume, this will move. I don't think the volume this week will be stellar due to holidays, but hopefully sentiment and rainbow chasers will know that reports out next week. I hope to see a bid of about .18-.20 by the time the report comes out. Then depending on what AC reports, it becomes anyone's guess!

I know, but as much as I would not want to put more money into Engage. I trust that AC knows why and as a CEO he would not want egg on his face if HHDL massively outperform Engage in the next six months or so. I am hoping that Engage will have an IPO within that time frame. Final round of funding should be complete in the month of April and possibly May. I hope an IPO projected date is leaked or the market finds out of those types of workings. I get paid on Thursday and if the share price is still at this level, I might have a small cheeky top up!

Just to add to my previous post. I did have a thought however, and that is the possibility of Engage potential IPO sooner than expected? As there is a final round of funding due to be completed by sometime in April-may! Reading between the lines of AC's comments on the RNs dated the 13th

This company IMO and based on research, along with having spoken to AC is in a unique position for a company on AIM! The only investment I would probably think that does not merit more is Engage! prim has a sizable investment there and if it does well, that will be fantastic! However, I would think that if there is money available to invest, then maybe AC could look at other opportunities!

Agreed- the share price will increase significantly as things develop here! At the moment the Quarterly report should be packed with positive developments on Prim's investments. I would like to think that sentiment will continue to grow, this will increase volume and to the relief of many start to see a noted recovery in share price!

Not only does Prim still have 5% of HHDL but also has significant holdings in Solo and Alba, this also gives exposure to HHDL. Their increase in share price will also have a positive reflection on our share price. Don't forget as well, Prim have plenty of money in the bank as well!

We have had good news and IMO the market is waiting for continuous returns on investments. The sale of the 5% of HHDL is a start. However, the market would like to see this money reinvested and not just sitting in a bank account. The challenge is the market also wants to see revenue and progress from existing investments. Once we get the first IPO, dividends from investments and the coffers filling, then we will see an upward momentum in the share price. I think that there is good support at this level, we should start seeing upward movement with positive sentent and an increased volume. As usual DYOR and GLA

Agreed Jester! even 20-25M Mcap is not easy, so if he pulls it off that would be brilliant in anyone's eyes! I for one would be happy with an MCAP north of 16M and that was the figure I had in mind, so if he pulls 20+ that would be Massive!!!!!!

James- As far as I am aware you can not borrow shares to short a micro-cap. The only way to short this would be a naked short and if there is, it will probably be re-bought at the beginning of the month!

Hi AJB- share price has gone backward a little, but this company will re-rate I believe, but can't rush an RNs that isn't ready. If the share price is low I certainly think it will not be this price first week of April! Patience, this is a Cary small company that is eating an elephant one bite at a time and you can't rush these things! Price might up or down before the end of the month, but if it's a problem turn off the computer, leave your phone at hone and walk the dog more often (you will both be happier). If you don't have a dog, offer to walk an elderly neighbour's hahahahahab

UKOG still need to sort the side track out and re perforate! However, Prim has news on the sale of the shares in HHDL and possible engage further investment and I also think there might be some news on Weshop. However, AC might wait for quarterly for news on weshop. My impression when talking to AC us that we should expect good things there! He did say that they are very pleased with the way things are going, but would be interesting to see how it is quantified!

The tumble weeds are blowing here! I guess everyone has taken a position and now waiting for AC to electrify this share!

I am only still in the game because of them. I lost a load on SXX (got spiked at 50p), lost loads on Prem, lost money on AST (before I sold), lost on GGP. I think part of the problem has been companies that have relied on one investment or asset going the right way and again bad managing of situations Maybe part of this is that as much as AIM is high risk a company like Prim can yield good returns while mitigating the risk

I would also like to point out that I sold as me VAL recently at 6p when I bought at 1.55p and the same with UKOG when I bought at 1.6p and sold at 6.5p. There is nothing wrong with top slicing or derisking! If anything that is why I am behind and approve of AC's decision to sell 5% of HHDL. It is well playined (assuming it goes through)!

Wolf- I invest in a company that stacks up and where I have confidence in managent. Absolutely, thought that AST was on a good thing and their asset is a hood one. However, as you will also rber Henderson had a mole on the board and IMO Henderson knew what the company was doing before the Foreman did! What really bit the biscuit for me is the fact that either CH was blatantly lying to shareholders in regards to progress on connecting the well or he is extremely incompetent to suddenly realise that he was about three months away from completion when he was a week away from the deadline he had been announcing on interviews just days before! So, in addition to all that he is arrogant but then mumbles on interviews and does not inspire confidence because IMO he would be lying. It is unfortunate for share holders in AST but the only way I could see the warn out one trick pony returning a profit for investors is if they get bought out! Even if they get the license they have no way of raising the �12m or so need to fund building a plant, no way to develop the field or more wells and they are selling a fraction of the gas investors were lead to believe INA would take (and selling at a discount) My final point is that AST is producing the volume of gas a truck full of cattle produces! For these reasons I sold out and the remaining reasons mentioned that happened after I sold the small bit I had left just re-afirm I made a good choice. Prim on the other hand has a very good looking and diversified portfolio and I also had a good chat with AC. When we spoke I could see what he was on about and returned my call a couple of hours after I spoke to his assistant. No arrogance and no conflicts of interests with lenders and moles on the BOD. I am sure you agree with what I have briefly outlined. If AC did things I did not agree with or I saw a conflict of interest with my investment, I would evaluate at that point if it arose!
