RE: NAV (net asset value)5 Mar 2018 15:01
Wolf- with all due respect everyone here has done their research and we all know that after the 150day flow test at HH, it will not go into production until H1 of 2019. However at this point there are other assets and investments that will show good value on the balance sheet (this year) and should start seeing value and progress in the next quarterly report.
Either you are a trader or a holder, but everyone here has done their research (you hope), but as much very optimistic figures are not good for the share price. It would be important that your negativity (which you have exhibited on other boards) is not helpful either.
If we got to 20p+ that would be very very good for everyone here, but even you 1-2p would be a very good return for me. Ivan say this though, I do not believe that any further dilution is required in the foreseeable future and would assume that AC would sell some more shares if a super deal came along.
So far none of my oil and gas investments have delivered 88e, UKOG, AST, Sound and mining such as Prem or Vast have not delivered (yet) either! So, for me a diverse portfolio exposed to technology or businesses are probably a better return with less risk. Prim is looking at what money can be made in the shortest time frame and think they are onto some good investments here imo
