The bottom zone was always a punt or experiment. The company already has a very good idea of upper zones and these will be good on their own. However, of they can get bottom zone to flow well, then it really should be seen as a juicy bonus! Imo

Oh and just a quick note, I do remember the share price being above 22p in September before we even had a hole in the ground!

Morning Orchy- yes agreed! I might try calling DOGGR this evening (if I get a chance). As much as they can not tell me anything, but if it is granted- they would have to as at that point the permit becomes public information. I reckon there is a 24-48hr delay in getting news! I might also try some other government departments as it is not only DOGGR's decision and they did comfirm that there are other government agencies involved in the granting of the permit. So, this may account for the time it is taking. I am confident as other companies in the region have been successful! GLA DYOR

Orchy- So, based on all this in your opinion what do you think (just a thought) the sp will be when permit lands, and by end of Q1 if we get the news from the mentioned fronts. I for one am of the opinion that once permit lands we could see north of 18p By end of Q1 (assuming we get the bit of info and all good), north of 40p-50p! This is just a guess but want to keep it real! I called DOGGR- Northern Division- the other day and they couldn't tell me anything in regards to the frack permit. However, the bloke did tell me that there are other departments involved in decision

Yes, this is true so the market does not have anything to value it with. It will be very good when we get news on Frack permit, fracking result, new flow tests, tests on upper zones. All this in addition to the other updates due. All looking good!!!!

KoE- yes! Positive news from any of the three is welcome! The good things (as mentioned earlier) atleast money is coming in! That in itself should be a positive. It sounds to me that they really don't need to frack, but due to porosity at the lower level would help things along! I am not a driller or engineer, but if we didn't frack and went to shallower levels, the well would still do well!

California is 9hrs behind the UK and to be fair, I think we will find out via Sagasco before we officially hear! On the 8th we received an RNs stating that SGC has applied for the permit, but they are currently selling gas from the well until permit lands. I think it is imminent, but there is also news from China or Indonesia that could also arrive! Very exciting!

News is imminent and today's trading (so far) illustrates that the sentiment and people taking position is growing! So may we roll the snowball!

While having a cuppa thought I'd follow up with the call I put into DOGGR who at first had a happy voice "oh, hi!;)) But soon clamed up when he asked if I worked for Sagasco and I told him that I was an investor doing research. As mentioned Dempsey has the privilege of being protected by a confidentiality agreement for one year that can be extended for its applications. However, he did mention that there are other agencies involved in the cracking permit. So, was this a hint? Hmm! Anyway, was going to call OSHA mining & tunneling in California, which is more to do with health and safety, Not sure but when researching, you need to start somewhere. I also wrote to Sagasco (but no answer yet), maybe the were having a Fosters while having some shrimp on the Barbie and couldn't be bothered. One thing I seem to have taken away is that things seem to be close! Just called their northern division in California to see about public information in regards to Fracking Permits (stimulation). As I do not work for Sagasco they can not tell me a bean because they applied for the whole process to be protected by confidentiality and they were granted a one year confidentiality on the entire application process which covers current permit application. They couldn't tell me if there is an application, yet when he first answered the phone he told me that they had the confidentiality (without looking on the computer and coughing,lol). So, it as much as he was saying he didn't know anything, he knew all about it before I TOLD HIM I was an investor, lmfao! I'm in England and he is in California, yet I smelt the bacon hahahaha I will continue looking for clues and if anyone has a lead, please share :)

A series of buys and cancelled trades have popped up! So, someone has bought and the mm's changed their mind and just cancelled the deal for a better price! Or would these be T20's rolling over?

Duble- the share price has drifted due to a) low flow rate from lower zone and b) lack of news since initial lower zone flow! So, positive news such ad permit will have more impact than you would think IMO!
