Hello Quad- I am new in regards to investing in MAFL and I am sure that there are more investors. However,it may be an observation, but I believe there is a direct correlation between sentiment and the activity on a company's bb. Over the last week, I have but noticed that you, Hardy, 6zero and I have been the ones posting. By attracting people to the bb it raises awareness and raising awareness raises interest. This in turn attracts more investment, volume and a higher share price. I think that as investors we do not sit back and (just let things happen). I am not ramping but merely shading the excitement of what MAFL is on the verge of

OK, so they have five years of cash on hand, lol! I would like to see more people find MAFL, this is ultimately what is needed as it doesn't matter what the asset is worth if there isn't a queue of people! More people wanting shares, than are available is what makes the share price go up. If this happens that would either create a higher share price due to pure demand because as you saw yesterday the mm's lowered the price despite there being more buys than sells, but the volume was very low. Volume and a queue of people!

That is fine on one hand but on the other , I do not believe in arm chair investments and would like to see MAFL create it's own projects and assets outside of THC. �2.5m quid is not a lot of money. So, MAFL can not fall asleep and leave it's future in someone else's hands. The more income streams MAFL have the better off it will be. However they need to develop one thing at a time and not bite off more than MAFL can chew.

6z- My point is that MAFL own 49% and would have a say/significant influence as to how the proceeds are reinvested and if any divi is paid out to the Directors of THC and MAFL. I doubt that they would pass up the opportunity to take even 10-20% of any profit. In which case MAFL would not need to dilute.

It would be interesting if THC went public, but that would not happen until after LS as they would want a good story!

So, a question then is who owns THC? I cab understand that THC will want to re-invest a significant part of the proceeds from LS. However, at some point THC and MAFL would have to split 51/49 some part of the proceeds. IMO I.e. there has to be revenue and plan as to what to do with profits. IMO its pointless to be in a partnership if you don't know or don't get a part of the profits as you go along.

Do we own money to THC? Either way, if MAFL gets say �10- �50m from the sales of LS. It will give MAFL the cash liquidity to advance other projects. This is likely the first major revenue for MAFL and because of this the money would be transformational! MAFL is better of taking the money (even if they could have gotten a bit more a few months down the line) but in that time MAFL could advance another project that would represent a lot more money.

The reason why I give 50p as an example is because a topical placing is at about 20% discount. So, once you raise Say �420,000 and take into account the costs, you would be diluting by say 2.4m shares when the current number of shares is just under 35m. This would be a big dilution. Ideally we would not need a dilution!

If we get to 50p I would have no objection to a small dilution to equal up to �420,000. It really depends on what happens with LS and how things unfold. If the figures turn out to be as good or better than expected and the is a serious offer on the table for LS, would a dilution really be needed?

Hi 6z- a good story can do a lot, agreed! However, my only concern is that this is AIM and unless there is a queue of people waiting for shares in a company MM's do not give shares a fair value. Sentiment is very important on AIM and even looking at the company today, IMO with the already known assets I would say anything less than 50p is a bargain! Once the complete total is out it would be north of that (if the mm's are feeling generous and haven't had a barney with the Mrs) hahahaha I have no love for bankers or mm's and the only respond on AIM when they have no other choice. It is a small free float, there are not many PI's we just need to spread the word ;)

Hi Quad- DIY PR is fine and many of the financial press such as Vox, Core interactive would be delighted to interview MAFL. MAFL's story is approaching the end of the beginning, so to me there is a good story already and a vision to share with the wider investment community. I for one would really like to hear a Vox podcast or a proactive interview with MAFL, if you have a direct line to the company Quad, plant the seed! :) We live in a really incredible time where a small company can be seen and heard or even read about for free or very little investment for spreading the word. Twitter, Facebook and various press release outlets can really harness the power of the internet! Even reddit would do good! My point it all the BOD need is a laptop and WiFi! If they are short a Bob for a laptop we can all pool together and by them a Chromebook, lol!

Good morning! Thank you 6z! At this point there are two things that need to come together as far as I can it: a) more people need to become aware of MAFL and b) we need a really good RNs that inspires people to invest here. We ten cats can't carry this up on our own. There needs to be q bit of PR, lights and noise! It's like a restaurant the fuller it is, the more people want a table. However, it is hard to fill an empty restaurant (even if the food is great)!

As there has been no news on hole five, when it would have been out (according to last RNs). I had some thoughts and this is what I had come up with: A) if there is or has been a delay for results the company would be obligated to inform the market, as this is price sensitive. Yet no news three weeks after previously expected (a good sign)! - total assessment to be completed by the end of the year. End of the year is anytime from now until 31st of Decembet and no news or market been informed that this is going to be delayed (good sign)! - absolute silence from the company since the 7th! A good sign that news or update is near! - BOD have been keeping to outlined timelines previously set out (Good sign/ track record). - BOD have previously informed of larger companies interest in LS (Good sign) So, to me the fact that there has been no update on hole five after giving updates on all other five holes has me thinking- could there be a serious possible offer or negotiations in regards to LS and their is a confidentiality agreement in place that blocks information on LS being divulged? I think this could be possible as letting the hole five figures out could give other suiters an advantage and until the final results are in the company would have to keep quiet? A conditional offer to me is very plausible and is hopefully the case! All IMO but a bit of wine and an idle mind do these kind of things!
