It looks like a sell, but now its out of the system and we can move on from here! I had a cheeky top up yesterday at .44 and plan on one on Friday, but this is looking juicy, today!

PJ- we are all frustrated and am sure that Zaza isn't happy either! However, every word you ever post is negative and should really try and contribute to the board! The only thing holding the sp down is the uncertainty with YA Once they are out (one way or another), things will look very different! Turn off your computer, get a job or a dog because looking at a computer screen will not help mate (unless you top up)

Trax- the only way to buy right now would be one of two waays- by calling broker or a fill or kill order!

Mole- totally agree! The volume seems to be the problem and there are people who are either waiting on sidelines or don't know about this share.

I called my brokerage today to ask if they could explain a "why"/in regards to the cancelled trades. The guy I spoke to couldn't comment but had to stop himself from saying that he had never seen such transactions. He went away and couldn't come up with an answer, nor the other departments. I raised a complaint because they wanted me to go away and report it elsewhere, I had called to query transactions for which they hold shares in a nominee acct and they have been made aware of what look like financial irregularities. I went on to say that under FCA regulations and anti anti money laundering legislation (amongst others) it is their obligation to report suspicious acticity! It might be an idea for people to call and query these transactions. If they are legit, then fine but if not it has to stop. It's funny how YA are about it seems when funny things happen ( I was thinking of beafourt). Anyway, we know this is being held at these levels artificially and I will see if I can get another cheeky top up this week, because if a big boy is making money on this. So should we! Imo

Timster- Stop moaning, we all look forward to more news, that hopefully will continue to de-risking this company. In the mean time I see this as an opportunity and have been topping up here and there as I can. In the process, I have lowered my average. If you believe and trust your research, I for one will continue yo top up seemly or fort nightly as funds allow, while we have these ridiculous prices. Buy low and sell much much higher, is my plan :)

Jester - Probably not mate! The company will get that money back. So, as long as FRR is positive cashflow and producung, then it can leverage loan(s)/that would be serviced with the money coming in!

Puddy- based on what has been posted and links. A) Exxon's CEO has recently announced that they will not be buying back shares,but are earmarking U$200m to develop large low cost onshore oil and Gas reserves - it has also been mentioned several times that there is an Exxon delegation in Georgia. So, people (including myself) think that the weird transactions and cancelations are meant to control the share price in order to fill the order(s)/of someone who is stake building. I don't know if it's true, but logic will tell me that if Exxon is actively looking at large low cost reserves, that they will at least look at Black12 as a potential... There is obviously a lot happening behind the scenes and many things that Zaza (as we now know) was/is not only actively talking to people, but is also bound by confidentiality agreement(s). I point to Fridays RNs as an example and think that someone is very interested in the gas, as well!

Aubree & Boulevard- the more people hold on to their shares, the better! Mm's can only hold down shares to a point (even with the number of shares in issue here). As we know, there are traders and there are longer term. I believe that we will do well here (even those who bought at .78p), but at this point its about de-risking, building solid value, cash positive revenue and leadership! So, far at this point things seem to be coming together and once this comes together, I will be happy to hold for long term growth!

Look at things for what they can offer you. Traders bring movement to the market and liquidity. The mm's are rubbish at bringing liquidity to the market (in theory what they are supposed to do) instead the mm's seem to be playing games to bring down or keep the sp down for someone imo (this is due to the blatant trades and cancellations). So, if mm's are lowering/maintaining the current sp, it would be to hunt for shares. I believe in buying when people are selling and sell when people absolutely are desperate for what you have. IMO this manipulation is an opportunity for those who can top up. I have a small holding but over the last few weeks, I have managed to put my pub money towards this (part of the reason why I am writing this now, lol) but, I have taken advantage and lowered my average and gained a few more shares. Pay on Thursday and I might buy a bit more if we are still at this price range. I for one am topping up as I can when the sp is below .5p! The problem is, I don't think it will last!!!! I suspect I will not get my top up this week (a happy problem

As these wells are now flowing and the flows can only get better, once the revisit the additional pay zones. Zaza will have options and by having options, you can select the best one at the time. As more wells cone online, as there is more cashflow coming in and as things get further and further de-risked more and better options will emerge as things progress!

Mike- The problem Zaz has is that the Georgian government would want to see tax revenue ASAP and would not want to wait 10-15 years from now. So, for me I suspect that the arbitration is to do with tax and maybe looking for either a very reduced rate of tax from day one or a reduced rate of tax before the �400m is recovered by FRR. If FRR wants to go it alone it would need a cash injection of somewhere between �15m- �30m to drill multiple wells simultaneously and then self-fund the next wave of simultaneous drills. IMO if we have 3 wells that are generating aprox �400k/wk, FRR would be in a position where it could service a loan that would fund the next stages. This would allow FRR to rapidly increase the number of wells it brings online in a much shorter period of time. As wells come online, the financing could be re-structured and expanded to further bring more wells online. In short I believe that if a similar vehicle to what I am attempting to described were used, we could have 40 wells+ by the end of 2020. Frr could potentially have more as the finance could be serviced and repaid by the previous wells drilled, but if FRR can secure the finance (which it most likely will, iff it is in positive cash flow), the problem then becomes being able to find the drill equipment and teams to actually carry out this work. The market has no idea what these three wells can spark and I believe that much of this will be secured in the next couple of months, well before the first penny towards NICO arrives from the ii.

Here's a thought! We know that Zaza wants to see the back of YA! We also know that he has hinted at finding the money to pay them off. However, Zaza faced a problem and that was, he did not have the money to pay off YA and fund NICO! So, what was/is he to do? Well, we already know that Nico is funded and I don't know how much Zaza is worth (has he invested life savings or his weekend pub money) but the point is, we might find that if he can come up with the money to pay off YA, he might just do it! This is a bank holiday weekend for the UK, but not for the US, nor Georgia. So, I can only think that Zaza is hard at work busking for the money he needs to make up the final bit of cash we would need to see this see the back of YA and as a result, this will trigger a significant increase in sentiment, attention and more investment to drive this project forward. Monday, will be a very busy day for Zaza and while many of us will be in beer gardens! Hopefully we will wake to an rns outlining the solution to YA. As I believe that YA needs to be sorted before they start pre-selling their shares at some point in June!

OKFRR- Just buy in the dips and if we all do that, then they will just raise the sp. There are very good fundamentals, progress, management, resources and now funding! I am not going to the pub this weekend and had a small top up and will continue to do so as I can.
