I was hoping for the word "Lithium" to be mentioned but seeing it mapped out looks very similar to Azure's Andover Tenement. Not much on Azure's website regarding Lithium since only just discovered it, but worth watching one of Tony Rovira's presentations on Youtube.

SQM are the world's 2nd largest lithium producer and have tonnes of cash!

@5x5, I don't think they have announced any POW for Pinderi Hills yet, but POW's in WA are very quick to obtain (esp since it's on a Mining Lease) and recent placing stated:

"To fund exploration activities at Pinderi Hills, an area which includes Elizabeth Hill and Munni Munni"

"The Company has progressed a review of the Pinderi Hills area and will shortly be in a position to provide an update on this review, which includes analysis of historical, unreleased results."

After Azure found pegmatites, they attracted Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) to invest $20M and their market cap went up this year from $70M to $1bn.

Since SQM were willing to buy out Azure for $900bn (so far), then I'm sure they will be interested in Pinderi Hills to the south, currently priced at peanuts.

Yep Troy has 260M Performance Shares (if he multi-bags SP)

And just bought 12.5M Shares in placing = 272.5M shares.

But don't forget he bought £25k / 7.1M ARV sell down shares at 0.35p

Then another £35k / 11.7M ARV sell down shares at 0.30p (so spend total £85k of his own cash).

So now has 291M reasons to maximise shareholder value.

Repealed since too much of a burden and cost for farmers & property developers. They kicked up a fuss. The heritage surveys cost around A$20k - A$50k.

Some of these heritage surveys are actually now no longer needed since Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 now fully repealed, but mining companies are still going ahead with doing them to be on safe side (in case law changes in future).

Anyways look at Fenix. Right next to a very sensitive heritage site and WA Dept of Mines will not stop mining.

As the application states heritage is not considered a constraint to mining.

Heritage surveys can be done before or after mining application submitted.

IMO KNAC were holding out for better terms under Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 which came into effect 1st July 2023. Now fully repealed.

People can read the Mining Application themselves. There are no Heritage issues.
