Also Wolfy as an advocate of the energy transition, you do realise it will mean a doubling in steel demand.

China have got 30% of their country to build and will add over 300M people to their Middle Class by 2030 (similar size to USA population).

They want to live like the west.

Also Iron Ore average mining costs in China are around US$100/t due to low-grade ore that requires beneficiation.

India will double their steel consumption by 2030.

Can't use chocolate instead of Iron Ore.

You know where the SP will go.

The transition to clean energy (if that's your thing) actually requires double the amount of steel being currently produced. And every 1% increase in FE content means 1% lower consumption of coke. Which is why Anlgo American want 100% of UFO's DSO for at least 3 years of production.

Also look at Chalice Mining. Market Cap $2.2bn and don't have a mining lease and sitting on a Conservation Park and Historic Pilgrim Trail. Munni Munni will go to production before them.

With mining lease, mine shafts & headframes in place, UFO is in a position to cash in quickly on it. Happy to wait.

So Tacet just realised a loss. Started deramping. Now bought back in (with less shares).

Tacet TA = "If price is going up, it means price is going up. If price is going down, it means price is going down".

Thankfully nobody is paying for this TA.

Eg Atlas Iron went grew from a single 52m hit at 60% Fe into a multi-billion dollar giant. Then eventually got bought out by Gina during the downturn and now doing very well.

Alwyn & Troy only get performance shares for developing the projects and getting SP to multi-bag.

So multi-bag comes first.

Higher odds are that Australia's richest person Gina (Hanc0ck Prospecting) will buy UFO out.

But SP will multi-bag before we get there. Can reassess later.
