it's a "performance payment" not "penalty payment"!

lots of re-rating steps before ufo gets there such as native title agreement, approvals, off-take & funding etc (page 9 of corp presentation).

windfield are ufo's largest shareholder and have only taken shares (small cash amounts as part of deal). they are in for the long-haul and have never sold even after seeing sp go past 3p.

any payment will enable them to not have to pay for their 10% capex requirement:

"2. alien will free-carry windfield's remaining 10% shareholding in the projects until completion of a bankable feasibility study on either the brockman or han**** ranges projects."

i always presumed ufo will be being the full capex after bankable feasibility study. that's when the financiers come in for funding. and it's a tiny capex for a mining project.

@Unclejim. For decades Andover was only seen as a potential nickel tenement.

Azure thought the will be WA's next Nickel producer.

They only started drilling the pegmatites 5 months ago (March 2023). Now they have shelved the Nickel and switched to Lithium and their Market Cap went from $70M to +$1bn.

part of placing funds were for: "to fund exploration activities particularly around native title negotiations and field heritage surveys at han****"

imo knac were holding out for the aboriginal cultural heritage act 2021 which came into effect 1st july 2023 and now fully repealed. so things should speed up now.

Interesting to hear "shareholders" diminishing the Lithium potential at Pinderi Hills.

Mark Creasy pegged Andover over 20 years ago, and constantly doing exploration 1-2 years.

Azure spent 2 years on the tenement exploring and found 2 nickel sulphide deposits.

However, they weren't looking for Lithium.

Once they decided to step out and search for pegmatites, they found hundreds of them.

And now it's proving to be the worlds top 5 Lithium deposits.

The outcropping pegmatites at Azure stand out of the surrounding host rocks which are usually Mafic-Ultramafics.

Pinderi has the same Mafic-Ultramafic intrusions.

More likely lithium is present than not.

SQM signed deal within 1 week after a 1 day site visit (without any prior drilling).

Azure Market Cap went from $70M to +$1bn and Mark Creasy owns 40% of Andover.

UFO own 100% and very importantly have Mining Lease in Place (Azure Andover has sensitive heritage areas).

Looking forward to the Pinderi update.

Hi Gurkhainvestor. It's not just Troy on his own. He has Iron man Alwyn plus advisors.

Southern Geoscience are the consultants that have done the previous work in the area. Since with Azure the pegmatites stand out of the surrounding host rocks which are usually Mafic-Ultramafics and UFO has the same Mafic-Ultramafic intrusion, my money is that a Pinderi is about to become a lithium play (hence the change of name from Munni Munni PGM & Gold Project).

Regarding funds, it was already raised in recent placing:

Then just need SQM to do a 1 day site visit. Within a week of the site visit at Azure, they signed.

Surprised to see some good research rather than just troll comments on the weekend.

After listening the Azure interview Allwinners posted - must listen (https://stockhead.com.au/resources/explorers-podcast-azure-extends-its-lithium-ground-exploration-with-andover-jv-project/) and a few others such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKUhpbaDZ-M some key points:

• Previously Azure's Andover was only seen as having nickel potential due to some nickel gossans.

Mark Creasy had pegged it over 20 years ago and did work on it every 1-2 years but never spotted the pegmatites.

• After Azure acquired 60% from Mark Creasy they spent 2 years on the tenement exploring and finding 2 nickel sulphide deposits. No pegmatites.

• March 2022 – Decided to step out and search for pegmatites.

Discovered hundreds of pegmatites and visual spodumene was outcropping within the boulders.

Took samples and started mapping them.

Kept results in house at this stage.

• October 2022 - announced assays for 60 rock chip samples. 0.5%-2.5% Lithium.

SQM (2nd largest lithium producer) called the morning of the announcement. Signed a confidentiality agreement. Sent 2 geologists. Hired a helicopter for the day looking at all the pegmatite outcrops. Liked what they saw and invested $20M for 20% of the company (a significant premium to valuation at that time).

• Only started drilling since March 2023!

Market Cap this year has gone from A$70M to +A$1bn! And they only own 60% of Andover (Mark Creasy 40%). So Market Cap of whole project is A$1.67bn or £840M GBP.

• Currently don’t even have a JORC resource yet and got cash takeover offer of $900bn (which they turned down – not enough)!

• Bright red zones are the outcropping pegmatites which stand out of the surrounding host rocks which are usually Mafic-Ultramafics.

This is the same Mafic-Ultramafic intrusion geology as UFO Pinderi and UFO have already map them out.

On ground field mapping and seeing visual spodumene is key.

UFO use Southern Geoscience Consultants for the area. Looking forward to them moving onto Pinderi ASAP!

For me the Lithium is just a huge bonus on the DSO, PGM & Silver. But the potential is definitely there.

Azure was drilling for Ni for ages and the Lithium (potentially Top 5 Lithium deposits) was there with loads of pegmatite outcroppings and they never noticed.

Then once they assayed the pegmatites and RNSd some numbers they get a call from SQM who brought in their geologist to have a look at the pegmatites and then they invested $20M and SP rocketed from there to $1bn!

And they only own 60% (Mark Creasy owns 40%). UFO own 100% of Pinderi.

With UFO:

Desktop assessment using similar analytics to those used at recent highly publicized discoveries have identified 224 potential outcropping pegmatites through aerial photo and airborne radiometric interpretation.
