Anyways after listening to the interview a few times, I'm giving Troy my vote of approval by topping up with an extra £1k at 8am.

They start from 1p-2.5p and other milestones which if achieved will result a multi-bagging of the SP.

People need to listen to the interview again carefully.

Regarding approvals he said: "The focus on THIS MONTH has been a couple of things. One is progressing approvals. Approvals are king to getting this projects off the ground.

Second element is starting to reinforce what the Scoping Study stated in terms of Capex & Opex.

Talking to contractors. ReGroup. One of the largest private contractors in WA. Clients include Newcrest & FMG. Tier1 contractor."

Funding: "Funds gets us through to FID. The production capital will be a separate funding scenario." That's when the mining financiers get involved and SP & Market Cap will be multiples of where it is now anyway with everything in place.

"DFS we commenced about 4 weeks ago. Scoping Study suggests we are in or around the $30M/£23.81 (Capex) amount and we are certainly on track for that."

RNS 26/4/23 stated: "The Company's procurement efforts are on target to deliver ±US$10 million in CAPEX savings from the initial estimate of US$30 million in the Scoping Study."

So obviously they are incorporating any vendor performance payment into the Capex, which is still tiny for a mining project.

Troy does seem very confident he will collect his Performance Shares after he has multi-bagged the SP to 1p-2.5p.

At Azure which went from $70M to $1bn this year, the outcropping pegmatites stand out of the surrounding host rocks which are Mafic-Ultramafics.

Pinderi Hills has the same Mafic-Ultramafic intrusions.

Chalice Mining recently had a Market Cap of $3bn, now $1.38bn.

So their Market Cap dropped by $1,620,000,000 recently! I guess it must be a tough market.

And yet unlike UFO Munni Munni they don't have a mining lease and are sitting on a conservation park with a historic Pilgrim Trail running through.

Munni Munni will be JV'd & in production before Chalice.

If doomer gloomers are right and world will end soon, then gold going much higher taking silver to its 1980 ATH of $50/oz and UFO with just Elizabeth Hill alone will be +1p (went to 1.60p on last #silversqueeze attempting to break $30/oz).

UFO not just a one trick pony.

Haven't even started drilling Brockman with est exploration target of 233Mt next door to Rio which have drilled right up to boundary. And Vivash Gorge, FMG drilled right next to boundary.

Only just scratched the surface at Hanc0ck with ridge extensions for serval kilometers into Mallina. Very long way to go.
