Final assays were announced 1 week ago - including 78.2 metres at 60.4% Iron!

So UFO's Resource guy Howard Baker (who did the resource work for Rio Tinto) just needs to enter the 13 Diamond Drills into the Resource model.

Not sure if people noticed, but Troy said they've "completed" the DFS, then corrected himself. Then said Mining Plus are wrapping it up. So sounds quite advanced.

Also good to hear him say steel mills are knocking on our door. Final stretch now with RE:GROUP, Maramara (indigenous owned & employer of local indigenous people) & Rapid Crushing to start mining DSO from surface.

Big difference with other explorers that just have lottery ticket tenements hoping to hit something.

Windfield & Gilmour have never taken part in placings, so no surprise there.

Key thing is that they have never sold any shares (even after seeing SP go to 3p). They are in for the long-haul.

Bennelong just added around 80M shares. £160k at 0.20p.

So yes, does speak volumes. He is very confident Hanc0ck will be a success.

Also bear in mind the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 came into effect 1st July 2023, but was repealed.

Negotiations will be settled and Hanc0ck will be mined. Simples.

@wents, please explain why native title agreement will not be signed. hanc0ck is in wa pilbara with no objections to mining and the state actively promotes the development of mines.

knac now even have a satellite office in newman next to hanc0ck and this is the business they are in.

also re:group use maramara which employ local indigenous people and the hanc0ck project creates +100 jobs.

and this is just the starter mine. ioca will then deliver on multiple mines in due co**** with further economies of scale.

Now that all drilling is done and "final assay results confirm exceptional direct ship ore grades" things should start moving nicely.

Which means completing Definitive Feasibility Study, Native Title Agreement Signed, Mining Licence, Off-take agreement etc.

Clearly each stage will be a significant de-risk en route to FID.

Current Market Cap for the JORC Resources UFO holds and being a near-term producer is a joke.

Looking forward to Troy continuing to execute the plan step by step de-risking the project.

@Chris2, Troy is highly incentivised to get get Hanc0ck into production with Performance shares and getting the SP 1p-2.5p.

It depends whether you think he has got what it takes.

Considering he led the team when they built Solomon which was +US$3bn and slashed their C1 cost down from US$60/t to below $20/t then yes, Hanc0ck is a piece of cake for him.

The only thing Troy needs to build at Hanc0ck is a haul road. All other infrastructure is already in place which is what makes Hanc0ck such a fantastic opportunity compared to other mining projects.

This isn't rocket science. This is +US$1bn in demand high-grade DSO Iron Ore with low impurities starting at surface with a 1:1 Strip Ratio and no processing/beneficiation required. Simples.

And don't forget Australia's Highest-grade silver mine Elizabeth Hill and Munni Munni with a JORC Resource of billions of dollars of in situ high-grade PGMs & Gold with mining lease. Plus high-grade copper & nickel (5.2m @ 2.18% Ni).

Chalice Mining has a Market Cap of $1bn. When will they start to make profit when they are sitting on a Conservation Park and historic Pilgrim Trail?! Hmmmm
