IMO the deal will be with Min Res who own the main Sirius deposit.

Why are UFO focusing on Sirius & building haul road to Sirius when mining for first couple years is only on the ridges.

Alywn has done a deal with them before with BCI.

And Hanc0ck unlocks Min Res's Sirius stranded deposit with 124Mt. Win win for both parties.

Alwyn finding a buyer for Hanc0ck makes the most sense to me considering all recent RNS communication & shift.

Pumping cash to unlock Pinderi Hills right now esp when lithium in Karratha is hot rather than wait for DSO profit might be best to maximise shareholder value.

Time will tell.

IMO quite possible Alwyn has a buyer for Hanc0ck.

Firstly the payment (if applies) doesn't have to be cash. Windfield are UFO's largest shareholder and have taken shares as payment (only small cash amount). They have never sold shares even after seeing SP go over 3p and are in for the long-haul.

Secondly, it's difficult to advance the project and get off-take & funding etc when UFO only owned 51% of the project. Much easier to unlock project when UFO is 90% owner.

Lets wait to see some performance first.

Before any Performance Payment, there has to re-rating performance, ie Native Title, Mining Licence, Off-take deal signed, Funding etc leading to FID. See Page 9 of Corp Presentation.

Or Gina might just write us a cheque and going rate for DSO is around A$10/t.
