IH and AS resigned because DC tried to do a 'cashbox' raise that would havepotentially excluded/diluted existing holders, which when he persisted blew up in his face leaving SOLG a laughing stock in the City...

Not having learned from such maverick tendencies he approached a streamer direct as Bob was about to conclude the Osisko deal...

I have it direct from 3 different insiders that if he hadn't been fired he would have bust the company...

Remember...he actually planned to develop Alpala (the first 'cab off the block'...)

Twigger was incompetent...he had to be bullied into 20th century Corporate Governance by institutional investors (yes I did mean 20th, he was so far behind...)

7 Copper relatively weak because of Chniese uncertainty but...

If/when the $900 million is announced that will kick off a SP spike

In the meantime, RSI and the chart suggest a pending rerate from sub 9p to potentially 14p...

Once the bidding war starts theres no way of knowing where this will end up...unless theres a knockout bid well North of £1...

Lets be rational here...

Solgold has a vast resort with an in the ground gross value of c$210 BILLION..thats £162 BILLION...

Compared to the prices assumed in the revised PFS that value has increased at current prices by $50 BILLION or £38 BILLION which is PURE PROFIT...compare that to the MCap of £268 MILLION...

The ore is in the ground...

The company has no cashflow problems for the foreseeable future and...

Prospective copper offtakers are, quote, 'salivating' at the prospect of a $900 million copper offtake deal...

There are at least TEN serious players in the data room...FNV did MONTHS of due diligence and Noboa told Solgold he wanted them to move faster with the permitting.

Now we know that SOLG is an 'explorer not a miner' so it is only a matter of time...

NONE of the major holders have sold a single share, despite the steady fall from 45p to sub 6p and now sub 9p

Newmont decided NOT to sell when they took over Newcrest...but they sold Havieron...

So...its a giant game of chicken...

Like us, all the prospective bidders are waiting and watching....FNV decided there was no material geopolitical risk...

So unless you're desperate...or dumb (like NAL etc)...and haven't overcommitted yourselves

AIM All share a mere 8% above its 5 year low but...

IMO AIM stocks like ITM and AFC have been pummeled by CGT fears and loss of tax advantages....

So...having waited a very long time, I have finally bought back 42,276 ITM shares at an average of 42.456 at an average 42.453, very close to today's 5 year low...to add to my 250k AFC, also sitting at a 5 year low...

So heres hoping for all of us that I'm lucky...

Helikon has only 5 short positions...ITM is one of the others....

They do...but its only a rate of interest...
