And it doesn’t show on hear but 3 directors bought in the last placing with a total of over £100,000 which is rather a lot for a small cap like this. Recent tweet about improved recovery suggest it should return good and on time otherwise they wouldn’t be tweeting about it. Personally I think it will be way over the minimum $35m stated because that was conservative and before the boom in copper. If they add that and update valuations at the same time it will look very attractive to potential bidders.

10 bag is certainly possible. Improved recovery soon said to add a minimum of $35m to the already massively undervalued NPV. Thats almost as much as the market cap and we recently got 10 million in the bank. Drilling at other sites but particularly BKM could certainly 10 bag if it’s as good as it looks. Lots of news this year if they can stick to the new timeline and huge potential for unexpected buy outs or JV’s. I am quietly confident.

I personally don’t see the price going any lower and even at this price it’s a target. I have a feeling they have a buyer lined up and just awaiting the improved recovery and value enhancement as they’ve already done most of the work for it and just putting the data together.

Miners are making huge profits now with more money than they can pay out in dividends and companies like this will be taken out. One day out of the blue you’ll all wake up and realise you’ve all multi bagged and the difference of your buy in price won’t make much difference.

Not done the calculations but gotta be 200m+ NAV for BKM by now purely based on increased copper price, even before the improved recovery rates are announced. 250-300m with highly desirable assets both on location and commodity should see a completely different price very soon!

I seriously doubt that a placing will be before news and I’m fairly certain it wont be at less than today’s price. They don’t need one atm anyway as contractors will have been paid already, they are working through the data ready to release news to market.

Could get interest from majors on Beutong JV, its almost certainly going to be tier 1 gold and copper in each porphyry area.

The risk adjusted NAV of just BKM is 171m and hopefully soon to go up to 200m+. Potential 500% upside even without a deal. 10 bag is possible in time with asset sale/JV. Are you genuinely that concerned about a couple million placement?

Strange that, MT writes ‘AIMHO, DYOR’ at the end of his messages as well. I could understand if he got banned and made a new account but despite the name new account it’s actually not a new account and has been posting with MT on this and other shares backing up his opinions.

If the information on Beutong was true they wouldn’t have been trying to sell assets to fund its exploration. I was starting to believe some of what MT said but after him saying that I can see he’s just jumped on the back of AE’s fraud allegations and using credibility from that to spread completely false information. Now I can see that he’s using multiple accounts as well.

If it were true they wouldn’t have been trying to sell BKM to fund Beutong.

It is a bit strange that people on hear started saying remove the BOD over the past few days. I think he is saying it could be AE or other bidders with an agenda for hostile takeover. I think this company will do whatever AE do so I’m not all that concerned.

I’m sure they will if a bid is made. Obviously they could be making it up but I can’t see why companies would not be interested at the discount on the NAV. Just guessing but my thinking was the other interested parties wanted the whole company so they went with AE but if AE now wants the whole company as well then that causes a bidding war.

Will be even more when they announce the improved recovery soon which work has already been paid for. £200m minimum and much more when de risked.

The other options are the other interested parties they mentioned. We don’t know who yet but if AE try a hostile takeover then I’m sure we will find out. I think they did the right thing with the deal like you say but would they have done that if they didn’t have other options? Only going by what they said about other interested parties.

I agree with your post, the deal wasn’t the only the option which is my point.

It’s because it indicates they want to buy out the company. While nobody trusts them if they do make a bid it will trigger others to bid usually up to around fair value which we are way off.

Yea thats the main reason but they didn’t exactly try to hard to resolve things and the fact AE are annoyed by this suggests they might actually have wanted the deal to go through. I think the mention of the other interested parties was key to them making the decision to terminate.

I think they cancelled the deal with AE because they were getting better offers. They did say they had a lot of interest before and after the termination of the deal. Now AE are annoyed they won’t get the chance to buy more on a placing and want to replace the BOD.
