Changing the CEO could even have been part of the confidential terms they agreed to in the settlement with Cuzzubbo given Caldwell was named as well but they might have got round it by putting in someone again with the same agenda.

Probably 3m USD at a guess? Not much when you consider the true value of the company. Better settled now than when this goes to the moon as he can’t say his options were worth millions.

I did some digging on Lance Hubbard who owns Hubbard drilling and found he owned 38m solgold shares. Don’t know if he still owns them or if he’s bought more as the info is as old as 2018 but they do the majority of drilling for solgold.

I personally swap out the cabin filters on my vehicles to ones which filters out PM2.5 such as the ferocious plus. Standard cabin/polen filters generally don’t filter PM2.5. Exhaust gasses typically go down which is why underground’s and basement bars etc are typically polluted without decent filtration of clean air. The motorways etc kick it up particularly with people removing DPF and so it’s worth having a decent cabin filter. If you do more driving than walking which I do it’s a great interim solution while they sort out the actual problem.

Never been a big fan of the whole global warming thing. More concerned about Pollution/air quality and particulate matter which have been killing people for centuries already even if they don’t know it.

22p the 20% discount it will probably end up a little over 25p so they can keep the magic number. Even though with consolidation it means little other than maybe the pride of management by what others are saying about the past?

If share price is 2p and market cap is 10 million. They wanted to raise 110 million with consolidation. Would it not be 2x11 which is 22? Plus 20% discount but that would still not be 50p and maybe factored into the 110m. Just rough calculations rounded but am I missing something? They could do 50p but it would only mean reducing the number of shares more. I think… 🤔 baring in mind I have no idea and am not heavily invested here so don’t pay to much attention but I will be more if they can bring it back.

It’s referring to 20% discount the new issue price which was always in the agreement but I don’t think the issue price has been decided yet.

They issue the shares at equivalent value to them paying 25p a share of whatever they had loaned. If they all converted now it would be the equivalent of them raising money at over 800% of the share price, I won’t be complaining about them issuing shares at that price, no matter how many it is.

I imagine most will hold onto the loan notes though and will make more but in the grand scheme of things avo should in theory have taken off by then and this is just to see them through.

No i think they pay the higher which is 25p a share. If I recall correctly they can convert at 20% discount to the next placing price which could be an exceptionally good deal if discounted but it doesn’t look like a placing will happen and the company have always done them at a premium anyway.

It gives the buyer the reassurance that the directors want to take it to treatment and market rather than just sell the business. It could actually be seen as value increasing in those circumstances. Which is what it looks like they are going for.

A buyer would also want to keep the directors happy and enthusiastic because they’d almost certainly want to keep the employees with this type of business. Only way to really do this and have a buy out is exactly what they are doing. I think it will result in a buy out and lesser value but still multiples of the current market cap and one that’s still fair to all.

Obviously directors didn’t want to sell it cheap but with the the loan notes they will retain a percentage of treatment. Given they have expressed interest to buy more I’d expect to see this before being notified of any potential buyer. Gives them fairer value considering the prices they bought in at which they probably deserve. I still expect it to sell at a fair price to what some other long term holders have paid if it does sell though.

98.54% in just 5 days. 20p+ isn’t far off now and it’s still great value at that.

Could go easily go 10x+ on a buy out or longer term holding though. Even if they don’t have a buyer yet it shouldn’t be to hard to find one at that sort of price which is still less than 1/3 of the valuation.

Yea I was actually thinking it could go to £2 when it was at 20p. Still no reason it can’t really. Just seems further away particularly for you long term holders. I will buy all the way to 20p now and slice to see if it goes onto its full potential.

I missed the start of the talk but they didn’t seem concerned by funding at all. I think the low share price was based on people thinking the company can’t raise funds when in fact they are just not wanting to raise them cheap. Combined with an institutional holder who was selling and appears to have finished selling, it just hammered the price but we should see an uptrend. I was looking at this at 20p before the announcement and would have invested back then if I had the money. While I’m a new holder and could be bias I will continue buying when I can while the uptrend continues. Glad I didn’t invest back then in a way but it seemed like a good investment then and it’s only a better investment now.
