Its not been 4 years at the government level.

It was left with the locals up until September 2022.

Only after that the process of granting special licence from the government has begun.

Don't panic it will be given

What people need to understand is oil refinery need oil to run the whole process efficiently.

Oil refinery will completely change the economy of Mongolia and will become independent from Russia.

Oil refinery doesn't just produce fuel it also produces other chemicals and plastic based materials which has a big role in boosting economy.

So if LP is not going to be given then its a big loss to Mongolia

The whole idea of getting a LP is to access the field.

Survey has already been carried out . Just waiting for paperwork to be signed off.

If YOU are invested here then there must be a reason . Why invest if you believe LP will not be given.
