El is like PSC. Its just an agreement which can only be given by central government .

LP is for land which is mainly controlled by the local government.

To override the local GOVERNMENT this whole process has been carried out.

Like I said MB is a fool for taking the local governor to court without checking the paperwork first.

We are in this position because of MB .

If he got permission from the local council in the first place it would have never got to this mess.
