Its not been 5 years. Its been 9 months in the hands of the government ministries.

We had to wait a year for EL .

2 years wasted during covid.

I can't see PM going bankrupt either.

So I would say 6/7p should be the price before the V1.

The drop is pure manipulation no bad news came besides a delay which i think 1 months max 2 months.

V1 hasn't even being considered at 4p.

We've been here so many times where its gone down and back up.

Better to stuck around till oil is out of the ground.

It took mrpam around a month to look at the paperwork and then it was submitting to construction ministry.

Paperwork is acceptable by mrpram.

Paperwork signoff i personally think might have happened at the cabinet meeting last week .

VERY good chance of getting the RNS ON Monday.

Next week the drill should start turning.

I recon easy 20 to 30 mill revenue from 3 well. Which PM has money for.

MD are operating not too far from block 5.

DQE is 1000 odd miles away.. to transport rig from block 20/21 to block 5 is a job in it self.

We did the research and find that 15 wells are planned for heron field. We still haven't been informed ..

We found out about the meeting in IOM . Still didn't clarify the full story.

Nothing has been mentioned regarding DQE or PC facilities.

That IOM meeting was not a wasted journey but IMO they want to buy in and the market cap was too high at the time.

IMO the mongols will buy a big chunk in PM to benefit from this Block 20 oil field.

Block 5 will have no issue as we have drilled there before with no objection and permit given for the V1 drill.

Local council will approve the LP for V1 and we won't have to go through the cabinet.
