We all know that LP is delayed due to the local government issue.

Other provinces are lot more friendly to exploration companies.

MB said the local government doesn't have a VETO .

Remember when heron was stopped by the local governors they had to let the drill complete by the order of Mpram .

Point is LP will be given and theres is nothing the local government acan do about it.

Just like how it rolls in the UK. If planning application is rejected unfairly you can take it to government level and usually whatever the main government says goes.

The paperwork just need signing of so can't see it taking long now

I recon Mongolia has become very important as it is not explored at large levels.

Lot of resources used to come from Russia to west. But since the war Mongolia has become hot spot for companies/countries wanting to come and explore.

Mongolia has corruption hence the new laws to make it harder by digitization.

Mongolia has vast land mass and has resources which can make the small population very rich like Qatar .

I can't see how Mongolia is going yo refuse the LP and not turn the taps on at Heron. It will surely stop many companies from entering Mongolia hence the LP is a guarantee .

Last week cabinet meeting had oil companies on agenda . The minister responsible for mining was also in Parliament discussing projects .

Next couple of weeks will be crucial for SP movement as new info and block 5 update from MB will be provided .
