Harry , the ftse consists of the 101st----350th most valuable companies. This is obviously relative to other companies value so if TCGs value drops below the 350th most valued company , then they drop out.

Lets be realistic and logical. If the result is leave ( which I hope it is ) there will a negative market reaction. But this will be very short term and it will recover quickly as people realise that nothing will fundamentally change as regards Britain's prosperity. Negativity against a leave vote is from corporations , institutions and governments who fear for their own personal gains. Britain is better out of Europe.

Definite lack of confidence in the leadership which is obviously badly affecting the brand. Unfortunately the brand itself is not enough to lift the gloom.

TCG down around 3% , TUI around 0.75%. 4 times the percentage loss of TUI !! Just doesn't make any logical sense.

Hi grahamsturman I am not sure but I have a bad gut feeling which I didn't have even when the company almost collapsed. At that time the sp collapsed rapidly. At the moment it is gradually being eroded away which I think makes it worse , as to me it points to some unknown factor ( unknown to us but probably to some ) within the company. I am a long time reasonably large investor ( since TCs merger with MYTRAVEL ) and I have not been this pessimistic before about TCG at anytime throughout their ups and downs. Maybe I have become paranoid , I don't know and obviously it is only my opinion but to me there is definitely some unknown factor. I hope I am wrong. What is your opinion? Have I gone mad?

Whilst the TCG sp was trading at around 10% of the value of the TUI sp ( which it did for quite a while ) I put the movements purely down to world events. It is now trading at just over 6% of the value of the TUI sp. My thoughts on TCG have now drastically changed!! In my opinion there is something seriously amiss within the company itself that we are not yet aware of!! That something I think we will be finding out in the near future!!!!

Be prepared for the drop tomorrow after these terrible tragic murders of these poor innocent people in a Florida nightclub which appears to be Islamist related. Florida is a destination holidaymakers were turning to in an attempt to get away from the troubles in Europe and north Africa. Yes you have read it right grahamsturman. They have an sp of 17.5 and market cap in accordance with 17.5 but their daily range stats and charts indicate a daily low of 70.84 so surely it is just a technical error. I very much hope so!!

Poor results and 125 million increase in net debt presented badly by Fankhauser and down 19%. Maybe 5% down ( Tui 3% down ) because of Egypt Air tragedy but the other 14% due to the predictable short sellers taking their profits on the back of a dismal display by the TCG board. Very hard to see any light at the end of this tunnel now without some drastic changes occurring at TCG. As regards Fosun I think this is old news now and going nowhere. If there had been any big hopes or initiatives going forward with them , then Fankauser would surely have mentioned it in order to brighten the horizon slightly!!

No I am definitely not mistaken. I am 100% correct. For some reason Thomas Cook removed this flight from Doncaster from their internet site. Thank you for your comments anyway.

There seems to be some confusion here. When I said THOMAS COOK FLIGHT AT 10.46 FRIDAY I meant exactly that!! It was originally advertised as a THOMAS COOK FLIGHT USING A THOMAS COOK AIRCRAFT!! So you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT to have read it that way. I keep a very close eye on flights and holidays from Doncaster flying into Dalaman in Turkey and what I am saying is FACT. A THOMAS COOK PACKAGE HOLIDAY FLYING ON A THOMAS COOK AIRCRAFT TO DALAMAN IN SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR FROM DONCASTER. It was clearly advertised on the TC site earlier this year and I was going to book it but decided to wait and see if the price dropped. When I re checked the holiday recently it had been removed and replaced by a TC holiday package but using a THOMSON FLIGHT. I hope this has made everything clearer but I thought it was in the first place. I am not sure who you are or if you yourself are a TCG investor but when you state “YOU KNEW IT WAS NOT A TC PLANE" , then you obviously do not know the FACTS as that is a FALSE statement.

PPS. When I say TC used Turkish airlines for the previous three years I mean they chartered Turkish aircraft. The last time being from Pegasus , a Turkish low budget carrier. This is very different from buying seats from airlines like Thomson. At least when they charter aircraft ( yes OK they have to pay a fixed price to do this ) they still have control over their seat pricing. Whereas when they buy seats from airlines like Thomson , that control is lost and they are at the mercy of the seat supplier as regards seat pricing. That is why they need their fleet.
