Pointless RNS7 Dec 2023 21:49
My take on what was essentially a pointless RNS, or an attempt to get the price up ahead of a placing, which if it is will be very telling about the cash situation and questions would need to be asked about what George has done with the money from the recent raises.
With a PREM RNS you need to read between the lines and look at what Geroge hasn't said or at the language he has used.
1. The RNS reveals nothing about the Canmax situation all it says is that to date they haven't asked for repayment of the $1.5 million, it doesn't say they've elected to defer, nor does it say they won't be asking for payment tomorrow or next week.
2. Grades: I'm sure I could go out to Zulu, look at the stuff that's been mined, pick out all the good bits and take them to the lab for processing. That in no way is an accurate reflection of what would happen should the plant ever get into production. It's a clear and obvious attempt to mislead shareholders into believing that Zulu is capable of producing such grades.
3. "we expect to rectify the most significant of the deficiencies" there's that word "expect" again, a red flag if ever there was one. What about all the other deficiencies? Is George "expecting" to rectify those too or will they continue to exist and allow the plant to produce mythical grades?
4. "We do not expect any delays with the civil construction." I'll reiterate the use of "expect" and its the rainy season in Zim, I'm no builder but I'm sure pouring concrete in the rain or into sodden ground isn't recommended, especially the amount of concrete that will be needed to support such a large mill.
Speaking of the large mill, the rainy season and inadequate Road construction in Zimbabwe, will it arrive on site in early January?
I've enjoyed reading many of the rather farcical and delusional posts both here and in the telegramp group. The disciples are an awesome of Saint George, they'll all be going to confession soon from all the cursing after the discounted raise.
