Same old bluff and bluster from George. How much is it costing to have all these experts flown in or their consultation fees. It won't be cheap. As expected weather being blamed for some issues and no doubt will be blamed for others. He clearly knows that Q1 production is highly unlikely. Relationship with Stark is clearly strained he constantly refers to them as the "plant supplier." Money will run out long before production (mid Q2 at earliest imho) so massive dilution incoming to keep the lights on. Only one way the SP is going next week.

As I see it every scenario I've put forward so far has come true, none of yours, Noels, Snowkings etc have come even remotely close to fruition. Wolframite, everyone here should understand that one possibility is that if Canmax elect to enforce the cash payment of the agreement then PREM are in trouble. It's about weighing up the pros and cons.

Hasiba,Canmax have no responsibility whatsoever for PREMs solvency, should they decide to enforce the terms of the agreement that require PREM to make cash repayments then PREM will be in a very precarious position of their own doing. Will George get enough shareholder support for the issuance of another 10 billion shares? Would Canmax support such a request? They voted against it at the AGM and could very well do so again

PD101 the fantastic clause is only fantastic if:

1. Canmax elect to delay cash repayments

2. PREM remains a going concern.

In the even that PREM becomes insolvent then Canmax as a creditor could well get Zulu for pennies in the $, get the whole kit and caboodle in lieu of the debt and accrued interest, then bring in their own people and have all the SC6 Zulu can produce and all the associated profits.

Hasiba, you do need to consider the possibility that Canmax could very well "walk away" not literally but no longer provide any financial support to PREM, where does that leave PREM. George refused to answer any questions about the cash position which suggests to me that all is not good with the finances, he could have simply said "we have enough funds to see the company through to February production" he has previously been very forthcoming when the money is in the bank

PD101 why on earth would Canmax take shares at 0.32, 20% premium to the current price when they can get cash at no risk to them and PREM are staring to repay the loan

Pd101 you conveniently forgot to mention that the first raise was used to pay off the debts accrued up to that point and the second raise according to the rns was enough to see them through to the end of November and provide a $1.5million contingency to pay Canmax in Novermber. Where's the money coming from to pay Canmax in December, January and probably February?

Wotitsworth, the SP makes perfect sense, George has told shareholders that there won't be any SC6 produced before February 2024 (a highly optimistic timetable imho) the market doesn't believe him and neither do shareholders, the likely scenario, if they can pull it off, is production in Q2 2024, a year behind the original schedule, and between now and then there are concerns about PREMs financial position, the issuance of shares to pay contractors and to repay George, the likely issue of cash to Canmax as per the revised offtake agreement and the liklihood that George will have to call an EGM to get the headroom he will need for further placings to raise working capital. The shares that will be issued to contractors will be sold by one of those contractors (Stark) who have cashflow issues and a history of selling despite what the telegrampers will tell you. The second (Godddards) are an unknown but apparantly their invoices will amount to circa $500k per month so could be $2 million if invoiced quarterly, I don't know what their cash position is but looking at the uncertainty surrounding PREM being able to produce they may well choose to sell too. That's a lot of shares to be dumped and a likely discounted raise at some point. That's why the price is where it is, the trade buys/sells you're seeing here are merely interpreted based on a published spread, not the true spread and as such are innacurrate.
