Hasiba, Stark did not buy PREM shares, they were given them in lieu of cash payments due on invoices raised. I've never bought PREM shares at 0.9p I'm not stupid enough to do that. I'm sure I did sell rather a lot at 0.9p and certainly don't regret doing that

Anyone with any sense that wanted to invest in this car crash scenario would wait until those shares were sold and the next placings were completed for Goddards, GR loan and the likely capital raise.

Stark clearly selling down their holdings as expected. Snowking trying to rally the troops in the group with tales of Stark not being allowed to sell. Of course they can sell there was no lock in period, GR said they needed cash, if they don't need the cash then they've got no faith in the plant to meet the production deadlines and they want as much for their shares as they can get. Forward selling of shares is I believe illegal and I doubt that Stark would want to risk their already tainted reputation by participating in such a practice. The recent volumes would suggest that this hasn't happened so we shall see tomorrow what happens to the share price and the volume. MMs will try and make a market to fill the sell order so of there's a decent rise in the SP early doors then that's a clear indication that the sell order is in place. Acker, I'd agree with everything you've posted there apart from A.

George would never openly admit to that despite the whole world knowing it to be the case, I expect the interview to go something like:

MF: Great to see you George

GR: Nice to see you too Mark, always a pleasure.

MF: So PREM released an update last week, tell me more.

GR: Yes Mark, we did, but let me first say how pleased we are to have Geoffrey Manhambara on board, he will make a great addition to the board

Asher, George has told us all that Stark have cashflow issues, does anyone believe that a company with major cashflow issues that's been paid in shares for work done will hold on to those shares? NO, they'll be selling and getting whatever they can for them, staff and bills to pay etc, given the opportunity if I was GM, I'd be ramping the he'll out of Zulu too, might be the only chance I've got of being paid.
