Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Less than a million traded so far, just needs a catalyst for a bounce and it should be pretty sizeable. Either a market wide reversal, decent RNS, or maybe a Cathal interview - any planned does anyone know? Appreciate he's been busy with the spin off but he must care more about ORPH as the mother ship holding most of his money
Why, what's happening this week?
Ryan, whilst it doesnt *really* matter who is doing the selling, it certainly makes the most sense it would be TR, recently out of a closed period, out of the company, one of the very few with a significant enough holding to sell so much.
Google suggests MCap under £8m but recent raise alone was £10m - is that right or are figures off?
that's the dream scooby, get the spin offs done and sell orph for 50p a share
Guess that makes four of us. My focus is always on ORPH not spin outs. DiM excites me, but I wish it would stay in ORPH
Dumbledore with funniest comment of the day "you're obviously an intelligent guy". Haha, trust me - he isn't, continuously failing to grasp simple concepts like "not getting the 1:1 that Cathal promised" than arguing the toss to his grave. Hes not an idiot for anyone to align themselves with.
Have you tried writing to any of the directors or investor relations?
Nothing to say he won't buy more today too
What do you mean "the point"? If you were worth £1m, would you turn down the chance to be worth £1.1m? What do people expect, him to double his holding? We have no idea how much free cash he has, point is it's not chicken feed. You see CEOs topping up £10ks worth.
Ah bronxville right on cue, always crowbarring a negative into every message and thinking its subtle.
Doesn't the contract extension imply more money for it too, or is taken from the 46m pool?
I dont think he's the sort to through money away on a gesture, if hes topping up here, its a big sign as no one knows the inner workings better than he does.
Haha I agree on comments Vs Zak Mir; he's a tea leaf reader, nothing more.
So, supposed to be announced every time he breaches a new 1% ownership level, but lots of caveats to that. So often it's not announced til well after the event or you get an rns of an increase of 1% and people think "is that it" only to be followed by further RNS at each 1%. I also don't know how it works with a large order, like if Cathal put in an order for 50,000,000 shares, I don't think he would have to RNS until the entire order was filled though could be wrong.
Anyway, worm should turn today and we should all be pleased about that as faith comes back to Cathals leadership
I think that most certainly is the RNS Cathal was alluding to, and first ever dual CHIM study, I think? A huge deal in my book and opens the door for Cathal to start buying. EBITDA profitable in H1 too. Surprised people aren't more excited
Those buys were very large and plentiful and all at 27, I think there is more to it than that, littlevillage
They need to issue a "no known reason for this drop" 4ns
Do try and remember the volume here is just 1 to 1.5m a day, its pitiful and the losses can easily be wiped out in 1 or 2 days when sentiment returns. Volume two weeks ago was over 11m in one day and id expect it to be higher on an RNS dropping when we know a director buy is not far behind and with these multiple catalysts ready to push this back up and beyond:
1. Good news RNS
2. Return of faith in CF as a leader and in his word as a gentleman
3. People buying in to effectively beat CF to the punch if he's buying on the open market
4. Buying pressure from CF himself buying a 'reasonable sizeable' amount (or whatever the exact term was that he used)
5. General interest in ORPH and seeing current levels as a bargain but with short term trepidation.
Genuinely thought the same, Bryaz.
