Metaltiger - just to say, the number of the shares you receive is totally irrelevant, its the percentage that matters. If you own 1% of ORPH, then you own 1% of any spin out (prior to dilution) which is what was meant, not literally 1 share for 1 share.

Two big £110.25k trades popping up, unsure if they are buys or sells or even a fat finger one that has cancelled the other out, but one was a negotiated trade so perhaps not. Could signal the end of a bit of selling pressure if a sell, or knowing ORPH, a leak the day before an RNS if its a buy. Lets see tomorrow.

HIs recurring error is to be too specific with timescales, don't say "days" if it might be two weeks, or its unspecified, all he needs to do is say "very soon" and people wouldn't be stressing.

Just comes down to the simple question, "is Cathal just entirely lying to us?" if he isn't, then it doesn't matter whether its now or in a months time, if he is then we have bigger things to worry about. If it were the former you would have to ask why? what is his motivation to make something up, and over such a short timeframe? I just can't see it being the case as it's too big a lie and there's so little to gain from it, so I just sit here patiently.

By far the most significant thing for me was the confirmation CF would be buying shares. With the way he spells out the future there's 9nly really two options; he's telling the truth or he's lying. If he's buying shares then to me it rules out the latter so my worry is completely gone now.
