You doubt it - hours after it didn’t happen. What an odd assertion.

Just checked in to see that I’m being called a liar and a fake and what I said is being misrepresented by some - for example, when did I say there is no Valkyrie recall? I said no such thing and I have no idea if there is or not. I have accurately shared some information in good faith. By all means reject it or if you know or have heard something different, please share it. But, please don’t insult me. It’s completely unnecessary and adds nothing. One thing I have confirmed for myself through this is that some people on here are deliberately misleading others and attacking people who don’t align to their toxic narrative to undermine them and what they share. I cannot confirm the accuracy of what I was told, but I know what I saw and what I heard.

Just to deal with a couple of other bits of nonsense I’ve read on here, based on my conversations with people at the factory. First, a small number (described as ‘less than a handful’) of Valkyrie customers got grumpy about delays and had their deposits returned. Some lucky people on the (very long) wait list then paid their deposits and immediately secured those build slots. Second, the film of the Valkyrie being driven on the road was a customer car and driven by the customer, with some factory support on the filming.

Paul: I was very impressed with the Valhalla and the questions I asked (like warranty validity with track use) have now all been answered to my satisfaction. Time to decide! I could see the Valkyrie to Valhalla DNA, but there’s also some striking differences particularly on practicality - for example, the bare Valkyrie tub is tiny in comparison to the Valhalla.

Carpy: you’re welcome. I didn’t count them, but thinking through what I saw I estimate that there’s at least 20 cars in build (from tubs to fettling).

Carpy: sorry just seen your post. There are carbon tubs lined up in the ‘corridor’ area leading into the Valkyrie facility. Inside the facility there are tubs at various stages of build up, right the way through to those being fettled ready for delivery to customers. Stunning engineering, which feels more motorsport than road car. I wish I could afford one!

C26: No, I’m not lying. This week, I was invited to the factory (with my son and a friend) as a long-standing established customer to look at the Valhalla. As part of that visit I was given a personal tour of the Valkyrie facility. I had the opportunity to speak freely to the men and women building the cars and to see what they’re doing for myself. I was hugely impressed with the product and the people building it. I know that you’re talking nonsense (and you’re offensive).

I was hosted at the Valkyrie build facility in the last few days. I can say with complete confidence that some people’s commentary on here is complete nonsense.

Good morning. I don’t really understand why people on here get so wound up by C26. Judging by their posts, they’re not without ability or insight. They’re clearly committed to their job of de-ramping AML, but in doing so I have seen nothing offensive. Assertions lack any balance whatsoever - but they would, wouldn’t they? His/her motivation and objectives are nakedly transparent and so, if like me, they are diametrically opposed to yours, just read and take it for what it is or block them. Simple.
