I would say they generally fall into one of three categories: contractors paid by hedge funds et al to negatively impact sentiment; individuals hoping to negatively impact sentiment to get a lower entry price; and people with nothing better to do than post online for self-gratification. It takes all sorts.

You’re absolutely right, but despite it being explained several times by numerous people, some popsters are determined to keep on asking the same question, presumably to undermine positive sentiment. To be fair though, some people on here insist on posting the same ramping posts day in and day out. IMO, patience is the key here.

Good question to ask once (although I suspect they knew the answer already) and good to maybe challenge the answers given, but why keep repeating the same thing? Executives investing in their listed entities is subject to regulation. Lorna has options, which is a mechanism used by companies to appropriately align executives with shareholders. This has been clearly stated on here several times, so I assume Slacker is just being mischievous. Absolutely nothing to see here.

C26: IMHO, you’re right in some regards, but as always you’re very partial in your analysis. You’re right that no one is immune to the realities of business economics including LS; and debt has increased and servicing/reducing it is going to continue to challenge the business. However, as a result of the investment in the business (debt and equity), the product lineup is excellent and people want to buy them. Risks remain and will do for some time yet, but this business now has serious potential provided it can deliver on volume and margin and cash conversion. Time to look forward, not back. SOS: of course you’re right (not that you need me to say it). To be fair to C26, they’re just doing the job they’ve been hired to do - negatively impact sentiment. Through a completely biased lens, they ‘mark the businesses homework’, but have never actually built anything themselves - probably couldn’t run a bath!

C26: and your point is what? Basic business economics - if you lend money the terms reflect the risk/reward. I must be missing something?

AML now has great products, but as everyone who’s ever run a business knows, in the end it’s all about cash and having great products and services to sell is no guarantee of success. IMO the worst is in the ‘rear view mirror’, but cash management is crucial now (which may or may not require a further cash raise, but that will be more like working capital than funding losses) as the business moves to being cash generative. Execution risks remain, but this is now a completely different proposition.

C26 is right, but misses the point. Things have changed. It’s now all about timing. The business now has cars which people want to buy and which generate a decent margin. The business needs cash to give them the runway to manufacture those cars and sell them to generate more cash to pay down debt and grow. That’s a completely different proposition from what shareholders have endured since the IPO.
