Good morning. Seen in isolation (by any normal basis for assessment) these results cannot be described as ‘good’. However, seen within the context of the transformation of the product offering, they are as expected and will be largely irrelevant if the forecast for H2 and beyond is delivered. IMO, it is now pretty binary. I am optimistic.

IMO, in the absence of a credible source, all of these assertions about on-site progress (or lack thereof) are vacuous and to be treated with ruthless cynicism.

Toffers: from what I can see, you’re not being challenged for your opinions - it’s because you’re duplicitous. You prosecute your case to benefit your personal position, often contradicting your previous assertions and you claim knowledge and experience which is patently exaggerated or just untrue. The good thing is that it’s so obvious, most people will just be dismissive of you.

RJ: Good morning. You nailed it. Completely agree.

I thought that the substance was unexceptional (we basically already knew it), which is good. The presentation of the substance was OK in places but overall poor, with Graham’s input in particular being wholly misjudged. He was completely insensitive to existing shareholders’ needs and potential shareholders would need to see passed him to be motivated. He may (or may not) be good at the technical aspects of his job, but he’s not suitable to manage investor relations or to publicly represent the company. Lorna needs better support. Leadership is a team game - team members can have different strengths and weaknesses, but collectively the team needs to be good at everything and it’s patently not good at presenting to investors.

Frankly, he’s not appearing to be very commercial. He’s downbeat and slightly dismissive. Although I suspect it’s all about his style rather than substance, I would not choose to have him publicly representing the company.

No surprises and positive messaging, but Commercial Director is unimpressive - poor use of language and needs to manage his non-verbal communication better.

1. If you were in and now f you’re out, probably best to treat your negativity as an attempt to get back in lower or if you don’t intend buying back in, spite.

2. If you’re still in, probably best to assume that you don’t believe your own prediction.

3. If you’ve never been in you’re either looking for a lower entry point or it’s spite.

Slack: logically, if you’re holding and believe your own price guess, you have sold with a view to buying back at a lower price or walking away with profit. Good to know.
