C26: I’ve asked you previously for a source for comments you attribute to Moers. Nothing was forthcoming. In the absence of a source, I think it’s prudent to ignore your claim. On a more positive note, thank you for recognising that the outcome of the court case is not known.

C26: so, no you can’t explain. That’s because there is no rational explanation for your certainty. Nothing is ever certain where a court or tribunal is involved, even when you have full access to all the evidence (which you don’t) and hear the respective arguments during the trial. Another example of biased and over-leveraged assertions by you.

Mike: thanks for that. I really value an unknown person using a pseudonym on a free BB questioning the trustworthiness of known people leading a listed company scrutinised by shareholders and regulators. Absolutely priceless.

Nice fact based post Carpy - thank you. Challenges now and moving forward including managing debt and funding product development, but as you rightly identify, reasons for some optimism moving forward. Businesses rarely travel in a straight line in one direction at speed.

I also don’t know who C26 is (and can’t be bothered to find out) but I know what they are - contractors paid to influence investor sentiment. One of a number of tools and techniques with marginal impact individually, but cumulatively impact can be material. I hope you have a good weekend.

As previously stated, I wasn’t on a ‘tour’. I was invited to view the Valhalla and our host spontaneously offered us the chance to visit the Valkyrie assembly area. I’ve previously stated what the workforce told me and what I saw during the visit.
