Given the Sam Garret connection and his interests in Tasmania, could this open up possibilities?

Mushroom I live in Last of the Summer Wine country. The other day I was walking past the local chippy named after the character Compo. It’s always busy and there was a group of customers queueing outside, they started smiling at me and as I walked past asked if they could have their photo took with me in front of the shop sign.A bit bemused I agreed. It wasn’t until I got home and took my wellies, old tweed jacket and wool hat off it dawned on me.

I was out in the hills with Maximus (named after Havieron) the border collie this morning. Checked the SP on the phone whilst he was running about, then quick look at the RNS. Nice one Shaun.
Max doesn’t like to get back in the car to come home, he just wants to keep running so I let him pick the music for the ride home, it had to be You ain’t seen nothing yet. B.T.O.

I know there are others here who like myself have experience of being invested in a gold mining company in a JV that was involved in arbitration albeit under different circumstances.
All I can say about it in this case was that it was definitely one of life’s lessons in taking nothing for granted, no matter how blatantly right or wrong something looks in your eyes.
I’m not saying we shouldn’t go down the arbitration route as a last resort as one needs to ensure we achieve value, but just that arbitration isn’t necessarily in all cases the great panacea and certainly not without risk. The example I was invested in it could be argued technically we won certain points of the arbitration, but it was definitely a Pyrrhic victory.
I doubt either side wants to go to arbitration so hopefully it won’t come to it. Good luck everyone.
