Whenever there’s a Greatland exploration update due I’m usually out and about with Maximus the border collie (named after Havieron) when it’s released. So I read it on my phone and if it’s good,when is it not, I let Maximus pick the music for the trip back in the car. Today another greatest, Elvis.

Regarding the decline good to see a little less complication, a little more action. :o)

Value engineering (VE) is a systematic analysis of the functions of various components and materials to lower the cost of goods, products and services with a tolerable loss (if any at all) of performance or functionality.
Cost mitigation strategies, speaks for itself really.
They will be constantly looking at how they can do it safer,faster,cheaper,better and they’re good at it.

We’ve had some good Paddysats over the years but that will be the best when we see the stockpile of ore. Not long now.

Regarding AISC If you only want to invest in higher ranking jurisdictions then you could say we are THE cheapest.
Looking forward to an exponential acceleration in progress on the decline, no doubt Byrnecut will be highly motivated.

A HNWI is considering buying shares in a company.
So they think it would be a good idea to go on a chat site for that company and announce this before they buy them.

Joint Venture’s work two ways.

Understandably a lot of emphasis has been put on the financial side of the 5% option. As relevant I feel is the clarity it gives to the operational and decision making side of the JV. It cannot be forgotten that this is a Joint Venture and with the confirmation that we shall continue to have a 30% stake in the Havieron project and the calibre of the participants personnel wise Greatland have in the Joint Venture team/ committee I don’t think any suggestions that GGP would be easily railroaded can be given much weight.

Am I right in thinking that a compliance listing means that GGP would be in a position where they satisfied all criteria to list and trade on ASX but their shares would still only be traded on the LSE and not actually traded on the ASX? But they would then be acceptable to funds favouring an ASX listing? Or is it something else.

Wonder if Starvest are participating in the GGP placing.

* Bank funding, previously told us you weren’t keen on equity, going to be bank funding and you had some term sheets from the banks, wonder what the latest is on your conversation with the banks?
- $123m required, have $50m loan from NCM so leaves a gap of $73m USD although most likely given the JV provided security to NCM on that loan which is a lit bit unusual for JV loans, the banks will probably make us deal with that?- It would be rare that you would have a secured lender sitting above the banks so we work through that?- I think there is an opportunity to bring in some debt and again why can we do this at a PFS which is not normally when you can ‘bank’ these in the cycle??- Because it’s a Tier 1 asset in a Tier 1 jurisdiction and our JV partner is a major ?- All of those confluences in the same way that this is an excellent equity opportunity actually apply to banks, so I think we’re going to achieve something rarely seen in the debt market, which is to fund a PFS which again is a credit to the quality of the asset and the team we have.

Hi JiffyBag, it’s over my head as well, but what I seem to have picked up on from recent interviews and articles from those involved in the discovery and exploration at Havieron is that the information and data they have collected throughout the process has made them reevaluate and rethink their understanding and interpretation of how it relates to targeting further finds.
