I see most have got them sussed, fund manager in the financial markets on the buy side means nowt to me, I’d take more notice of the rotund manager at the local farmers market on the byway side, at least he gives me a discount when he tries to sell me porkies.
I don’t sense any low morale here, think most are quietly content with their investment and patiently waiting as the company rapidly grows in strength.

I don’t think Newcrest open the cheque book and pick up the shovels expecting much less than tier 1 so to say it’s "significantly more than expected” speaks volumes.

Yes, looking forward to seeing progress on the decline, amongst other things,would be encouraging if it has started to accelerate.Soon In the grand scheme of things,once we get half way, instead of monitoring the distance we have achieved, we can start counting down how little to go before we hit pay dirt. It’s coming together.

I’m assuming that the catching up of the backlog regarding the assays should now start to be seen with the next results, due to the recent laboratory capabilities improvements. The last set did seem to be an improvement as well though to be fair.
Also wonder if we’ll start to see an acceleration on the progress of the decline.

We have great assets, part of those assets are the Greatland team. As Shaun intimated they need to retain these people, as experienced and qualified people of that calibre do not grow on trees and can pick and choose their projects. Good to see others in the Greatland team taking up shares.

Hi thelearner, I was not insinuating that there will be any delay due to long lead time items.

Whilst I appreciate that a lot of the midstream/downstream infrastructure is already in place at Telfer no doubt there is still a large amount of equipment required for Havieron once mining commences. Being aware that as of yet there is no official decision to mine, but taking into consideration the fast track nature of this project I began thinking about long lead time plant that would have to be ordered soon to allow the hoped for timescales to be achieved. I imagine the kit being specialist items and not exactly the kind of thing you can just take back if you decide you don’t need it anymore may require some form/percentage of upfront payment maybe ( not sure on that one). I wonder at what stage in the mine planning these items are firstly identified and then require ordering and possibly some part payment made to meet the planned programme.

I’m already afflicted with the Greatland Gormless Grin I thought it might have progressed to the next level of hearing voices in my head.

Dodgemeister, putting the placing to one side, I do like the thought of some amalgamation with Artemis.

Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me but I thought I recalled SD saying in a recent interview/presentation that GGP’s share of costs for the initial mine development could be funded by a mixture of debt and equity. It stuck with me because obviously it was hoped by many to be by debt only.Might have to revisit media releases from the last month or so if only to try and remove my doubting of my memory.
